There may be a problem with using Apache depending on which Windows Service Pack you have. It doesn't seem to work on SP2. Try it on a PC with SP1.

And you're meant to import the data_j first.

Follow the patching instructions if you want it to work. Make up your own instructions if you want to waste your time and resources.

"In apache when i right click on the data file, update selected file, update it with the patched data.afs then the program doesn't respond anymore. Does any one know whats goin on?? i waited for 15 minutes and it still wasn't responding. It worked with over.afs and splm 656.57 but not with data_j.afs."

CAN take some time if yout putter is slow .... takes about 10 mins on my amd64 3000+ with 512 mb ram, so be patienced, it wont take a minuite or two ..... the file is almost 1 gig ..

use alcohol 120% to burn iso works straight away. dvdecryptor will work but keep having to reset ps2 about 5 times then works.
