PES5 Demo Impressions Thread

Played 4-5 games now, its fun.
+Looks nicer than PES4
+More fluid gameplay.
+Lots of nice new animations, especially in tackles.
+Can no longer just run at an angle past Goalkeepers.
+Better advantage system (from what i've so far seen)
+Ball can be hit much harder, especially by players such as Lampard and Henry.
-Cant understand this R2 shoot thing, when i hold it down after pressing shoot it cancels the shot, or the ball flies off 50ft in the air.
This is only based on 30mins or so play, so it is by no means a full + & -, just what i have seen from playing some games.
EDIT: just had a look at the 4 teams on the Demo, Chelsea, Arsenal, Real Madrid and Valencia, and Chelsea and Arsenal have their new kits, the 2 spanish teams don't.
Some transfers have been done, Del Horno, Diarra, Crespo, Wright-Phillips are at Chelsea, no Essien, just Jarosik and Tiago are also in Chelsea.
And with Real, Diogo and Pablo are in the squad, just Figo, Owen and Samuel are still in the squad, and Robinho and Baptista aren't.

Some more things:
+New Camera in manual replays is nice.
+3d crowd in cut scenes looks good.
+Woodgate did a really nice sort of duck header, where he crouched down, and then sort of stood up under the ball so to flick it on.
+Nice cut scenes involving players and ref, in one Paulo Ferriera picked up the ball whilst talking to the ref in disgust, and then sort of tossed it over his shoulder as he walked away.
+Goalkeeper over arm throw is excellent addition.
-Celebrations i have seen so far have all been the same as those of PES4, which mainly involves a player running to the corner on his own and shaking his arms.

where do you get the demo from?
I dont see the difference in the speed of the game... having read the ps2 reviews, i thought it would be more "calmed down"..
i see some new animations, wich give you more realism, and the menu music is really bad hehehe..
But it seems much like PES4 with better animations.. the speed is still very arcadish.

Game is class. But Figo, Samuel & Owen is still at Madrid, Essien isnt at Chelsea & I think Vieira is still at Arsenal. Despite that the game is class. Good flowing football, better details, movements, shots, passes & tackles. Someone already posted in about the shots being much harder, thats true... its the problem now of having to get them on target, but you canbelt them real hard. In the demo i played 2 games, Chelsea v Valencia & Real Madrid v Arsenal, and from those two games (only allowed to play first halfs) I gathered that this game is outstadning, i played WE9 but its not as good, and PES5 is a bit faster. Quality.

Its great......i was playing it all night last night.....runs very smooth on my computer (unlike on the fifa demo....which is crap)
I like the graphics and the new animations, it makes the game very fluid.
So far I have played like 25 games and only won 3 times...which was about half an hour ago!
