Sack the researcher?? I suppose its matter of opinion. I would have made Julio Arca the most skillful player in the game lol

arca33 said:I bought Hoyte, Glen Johnson & Huth thinking these guys would come good unfortunately there Stats go up very slowly hence not being on your list at all. I am currently 4 games from the end of the season (pre season) and I am going to get rid of all dead wood 'Ko_nami' once again good thread, but who out of the Defenders you have named peaks quickly and is quality straight away I have Heitinga already. Cheers.
arca33 said:One point tho Van Der Vaart is a funny one he is still quite young on this game and altho he starts well he dips after the 1st 2 seasons but later on his stats go back up again (have a look at his graph) whats your thoughts on him??
Ko_nami said:As I said, check the curves of players like Coloccini, Felipe, Mathieu, Mascherano, Schweinsteiger and Mancini and you'll see that they don't necassarily have the highest development curves (nor are they the youngest). But, what you will see is a steep line going upwards. And this is where the fastest development occurs.
arca33 said:Unfortunately when I bought them I didn;t have the info that you have now produced and R Huth has got the potential in real life and thought he must be good - I have taken a print off of your list and gonna buy a few players in the pre-season. I would rather buy younger players than older quality players on the down.
Ko_nami said:Felipe and Coloccini have curves similiar to the above.
