I'm registered on that forum, I've downloaded the patch, I'm currently seeding it, but I can't open it, it's encrypted and I'm gonna need the password... So, how do you explain that?

You need the original. Im sure it says so in the Patch description, as Wemerica decided not to support people without the original game. Why wouldn't you buy the original anyway? £30 for a whole year of entertainment.

But it's not an option file, but the whole patch (with option file).
