Catch a grip man, the games not even a month old yet. And you have a "full game" already. Konami are adding in BONUS content that they dont have to. Spaming Konami's inbox with useless emails will only result in people getting;
A.) Ignored
B.) Pissed off from being ignored
C.) Getting there email blocked as a nuisance mailer.

You paid for what was in the box, you got your full game when you bought it.

I'm a 360 owner so I don't expect to get this patch for about a week but I was just hoping some of the patch owners (for the brief period) could answer a question.

Did this new patch overwrite your previous option file completely ? I have edited a lot of Premier League kits, would this patch overwrite them and reset them to default ? Plus, would my BAL career be deleted too ?

i managed to get the 1.20 version, and it DIDNT erase any of my prem kits or laliga kits. it moved all the players in their right teams (ie: berbatvv at manu) and corrected the 4 kits of sev,ath,val,rac..and added more teams (allready available) to the CL team selection in CL mode..and added CL badges to the arms of these teams. Gave manu white socks in home kit for Cl,and used liverpool green away kit in CL mode.

The update Planed is now bene put back to 5/11/2008
Their will be a temp lobby which will be inplace after the emergency maintenance between 13-00- to 14.00

Customers who have update now will be able to match people who have not updated the game yet.

Hahahaha Nice one Konami! So much for all the people bitching they coudnt get to play due to the patch. They are putting up a temp lobby for people to play in until the patch is released properly. Now THATS some damn fine work, Konami deserve kudos for that. I dont know of any other game that has went out of its way in adding in temp servers, in such a small time frame, to keep everyone happy and playing.

typical Konami. nothing is tested or works.

the game still runs bad with udp ports opened and my router configured. players appearing as if from nowhere, players not reacting, attackers walking past your walking defenders even though you have the run button pressed. so, so bad online.

and whats with the Konami ID logon anyway, cant we simply logon using the credentials in the PS3.....like all the other games???

no doubt the die hards will defend it, but come on this is poor.

How about actually trying to play without the router in there? My pals PS3 is running fine and dandy online with PES 09. No to mention countelss people on PS3/PC dont have there systems configured properly for online play, and yet blame the game for there own failings. He does get lag but its a minor occurance, like the ball will move a fraction further than expected, or a player moves a bit slower for a fraction.

The reason for the ID logon is simple, its a universal system across all platforms of the game. That means its easier and simpler to code than individually tailored login systems. And it also means Komani have more control over logins, allowing them to block individuals on any platform that are deemed to break the ToS and require such actions.

And how is it "typical" konami? Only LAST years game was bad online, previous ones were fine. I participated in the PES 4/5 PC league without any troubles.

Again define how it is "poor" in comparison to any other multiple platform game when first released?

Plus no I am not a "die hard fan", im just pragmatic and a realist.

im just sitting back and waiting, it will all sort itself out, konami are showing willing and the OF are great but its not really a tradegy is it, i mean if you bought a playstation you must have been willing to spend £40 on a game, so all these silly little complaints are just petty.....

if you spent the money from the food budget cus the game was hyped up so much and the game was actually really that bad i could probably stomach all the belly aching, but as it isnt all that bad stop fuckin moaning and wasting genuine reading time of other users with an open mind...

by the way it feels so much nicer to know i bought mine from asda for £27 ha
