Not a bad nights work there gents, few nice victories. My player had 1 star skills, genie...

But I do like it. The lag on my end was a bit shocking at times and never perfect despite me having 50mb BB. Is this normal?

One more thing, it's telling me it can't connect to the EA servers or something like that, but I still got to play online, something about updating my activity.

Gonna work on improving my VP before I even consider going into battle again, 67 is shocking and the player is as wake as water.

P.S. Phats was on fire there at the end. :eek:hmy:

I think I had a couple of good games and a few bad ones. I really need to work on my guy offline to get his stats up. Pulled up a couple of times, need to get that stamina trait.

@Dundons, did you have bad lag in that last game? I had none and it seemed you had it bad, you were taking an age to do anything.

My lag was shocking all night, I was lucky to get the ball out from my feet. Very frustrating. Thing is I got a supposed 50mb connection with a 5mb upload speed. Maybe the wireless on the PS3 is killing me, might go with the long network cable if I can find it.

Are you lot using the wireless?

Edit: Done a speedtest on the PS3, she's only pulling 12mb :p

I only really got bad lag towards the ends of games tbh. There was one notable time, when the ball came out of the box after a corner and I went to volley it and the lag kicked in massively and it went row z! :lol:

Cheers Bammers, you were fairly consistent tonight, always seemed to be towards the top of the ratings list, even when we lost.


EDIT: @Dundons, I use wireless. Can't think of why you're getting such bad lag.

Hmmm and if you speed test her what does she pull on average?

I can get the lead out but it's a pain in the balls running it through the house*

One more question, does the game ever play as smooth as it runs offline and if so how often?

Not that it matters atm - because I can't do it now, but I'll give it a go tomorrow.

EDIT: For me, it runs pretty smoothly most games online.

I always use wired and very rarely get lag even back in the pes days so I guess I have just been lucky and virgin have looked after me. wireless should be ok though but it also depends what your neighbours are up to if the use the same channel then you could be bumping each other causing temporary loss of connection, get something like net stumbler on your laptop if you can and see what people are doing around you, if there are a lot on the same channel set yours to 1 or 11 and try that.
