sounds like barca havent got this league sewn up.i'll admit that inter usually beat me,martins and adriano seem to be unstopable.

Well at least youve let me know before the deadline, but he should have as he is the one with the problem and therefore cant make the deadline.

I hope people can bear with this as I know there will be problems. Hayemaker doesnt seem to have actually loggen on since the thread started so I will leave it until the deadline has passed and then maybe I should play you instead.

The worst case senario is that we do a league with those that have been around this week. Admittedly that is only the four that have already played and you and I. If we played each other twice at least people could see that we were serious and did keep regular deadlines. Then hopefully more people may want to join and next time we would have a larger league - sorry but I cant say anymore as I am playing this a bit by ear

right fellas me and vinx played last night 2300 ish and i won 1-0.plus i missed a pen aswell.was a close game but i just edged it.

As we have passed the deadline will we be cracking on with matchday 2, and when will the fixtures be up huw? I say just award a 5 - 0 defeat to everyone that has not played, and a 2 - 0 victory to BonBon as it was not his fault.


P.S. Huw I am bogged down with revision and will not be able to do the Madden file. I will post it here with a guide on how to make it work with Franchise.

Game Two Fixtures on front page

Ok I have updated the table and posted the few results we have to date. Ive been told that the Villareal against Real Madrid game will be played tonight but I have still not heard from Hayemaker. I will give him to the Saturday deadline to have both matches played otherwise we will have to remove him from the league.

Let me just say thanks though to those that did play your games in a timely fashion. I dont want to issue wins/losses by default as it kind of defeats the point but then again we all need to check in regularly to make this work.

Once again - any problems at all with meeting the game deadlines please post it here or pm/email me. I cant help if I am kept in the dark and please dont take my leniency shown in the first week as an example of how things will carry on. I have only shown an unwillingness to clamp down and dock points etc as this is the first week and I never expected it to run smoothly. But on the other hand it cant carry on like that and I must show favour to those that play their games on time and keep me fully informed.

Barcelona manager Rafalutionary is said to be pleased with the way his team played in their opening game despite the 2-1 defeat. It was an open game that could have gone either way. "I have had the lads working on making the most of situations in front of goal and hopeully this will pay off in the future."
