The original picture looks like it was scanned from a magazine:
I thought it might be useful to know what the text around the table says, so I found a Japanese-English dictionary/word processor program, and used it to enter the text form the picture. This is AltaVista's Babel Fish translation (you may need to download a language pack to see the Japanese text below):
The larger text top-left:
コンディションについて
=About the condition.
Paragraph below the larger text:
選手のコンディションは、左記のように9パターンで表示される。コンディションの変化は選手のパラメータに影響を与える(下記表を参照)ため、試合前にしっかり確認しておきたい。
=The condition of the player, the following way is indicated with 9 patterns. Change of the condition produces effect on parameter of the player, (reference) for the sake of, before the playing we would like to verify the below-mentioned chart securely.
Text above the top-right table (with the coloured arrows):
コンディションの種類
=Type of condition.
Text above main table:
コンディションによるパラメータの変化(※単位は%。それぞれ、パラメータの価に変化が行われます)
=Change of the parameter with the condition (* as for the unit %. Respectively, change is done in value of parameter)
Text below main table:
※病み上がりの場合は、挟み上がりのパラメータ変化を行ったものに、さらにそのときの体調によるパラメータ変化が行われます。
=* It puts and case of convalescence, do in those which, furthermore with the physical condition of that time the parameter change is done the parameter change of rising.
The translation confirms the meaning of the chart, but suggests that the numbers in the table are percentages. Also the absence of the agility and shooting technique stats suggests that the information was originally for PES or PES2. The text below the main table hasn't translated well, it seems to be about players who are recovering from injury.
