Stats and appearance for Kazimierz Deyna ("Paul Wolcheck") are already on this thread. I wouldn't mind having the other real-life players on the squad (Mike Summerbee, John Wark, etc.) posted here, especially Paul van Himst as Pele's strike partner. I'm less interested in creating "Robert Hatch" (Stallone) and "John Colby" (Caine), though I suppose you'd need them to field the full team. Perhaps you can post those two players on this thread: http://forum.pesinsight.com/showthread.php?t=30098, where they've also recently expressed interest in creating the "Escape to Victory" team. Sad to report there aren't any similar eminences among the German squad -- the footballers portraying the Nazis included Ipswich's Laurie Sivell and Robin Turner, as well as Yugoslavian international Werner Roth. No disrespect intended to those players, but a team composed of Pele, Moore, Ardiles, etc. in their prime would probably have obliterated them in real life.

If you're making Zamora's appearance, you may want to give him a cap. I've seen a number of photos of him wearing a cap while playing, here http://www.pericosonline.com/columnes2.php?idcol=396 and here http://www.gazzetta.it/speciali/mondiali/2002/archivio/la_stella/la_stella_1934.shtml. Granted, the game will only let you give players a peaked cap (whereas Zamora's hat is closer to a beret) but it still helps give the player his own distinctive look, along with those odd-looking long socks.
