I caught Laughinman a peach of a knee similar to that, he went for the take down and took it right in the nose sending him flying back the opposite way while landing on the top of his head.

We have ranked it the best one to date. :)

Is this game hard? I hate when I win every match too easily once I have the nick. I don't want another kiddies game ffs THQ.

If it's a difficult game you're looking for than look no further, this will take you months to truly master and if you think any different then you're kidding yourself.

I'd go out in a limb and say it's probably the most complex fighting engine ever.

Thanks Dundons. I'm torn between this and Fight Night round 4. UFC sounds good though and it will be new to me in terms of console fighters.

Lol. Dale C I own a house and pay people to do my housekeeping and gardening as I dont have the time to do it myself. Gaming is an expensive hobby when you're a husband and father.

BTW what does the single player campaign offer?

Has anyone managed to submit Liddell on expert. I've come to the conclusion that it's impossible. I wear him down till he only has a sliver of stamina left and the bastard still won't tap. I always end up knocking him out.

I can murder him outright. Just stay away from him for the 1st few rounds and use the dash attacks, straight jab to the nose and some inside leg kicks wear him down and reduces his stamina bar, but the best move for him is the front kick in dash mode, this will demolish him in no time and will make him much easier to submit.

The main thing I found was to not try head kick the fucker unless you're sure it's gonna land.

We all know how the story ends if you miss the head kick.

I've never submited anyone on any level. I don't really try, to be honest. Do you guys play with the stamina bar on? I don't and judge stamina by the opponents stature.

I think its better that way, on the previous Fight Night, I fought with the stamina and health bars off because it was more realistic, if you were constantly battering an opponent's cut, he would just be covering it meaning he was in obvious danger. If he was breathing heavily in the intervals then you were really hurting him down in the body.

We had it on at the start so that we could judge exactly what kind of damage certain things were doing and also trying to figure out why an opponent taps out early.

Now we fight with it off.

Will there be an extended Cutman? They should just take FN's one because its decent enough.

Another thing, is there a 'heart' attribute? Plays a big factor in any sort of fight.

I'm not sure about the cutman, didn't see any mention of one yet either but that wouldn't really be something to put on the cover, hopefully they will though.

There's loads of attributes for each fighter, the next time I play I'll have a look.

P.S. Have you played it yet?

As a cutman, you should be able to insult your fighter's mother, then he will fight with more determination and heart :ninja:
