I thought it was direction I was turning the stick, it didnt really matter by the time I realised, Chuck had tapped.
Does it work rotating anti-clockwise or is it only clockwise?

I've played the demo for countless hours, too. And it's quite simply brilliant! I have the ground game figured out and I've improved the timing of my standup as well. I've been playing on Expert for a while now and it can be frustratingly punishing but, it has certainly paid dividends in multiplayer winner-stays-on with friends! I must have went, at the very least, 20 fights (if not more) unbeaten against a group of friends, four in total, who couldn't topple me no matter how they tried. I even changed from Shogun to Chuck Liddel (at their request) so to give them every chance. But I battered them just as badly.
I had a similar run a few days before, only to be stopped via a Chuck Liddell headkick, and then again, by a Chuck Liddell superman punch. But both defeats saw me improve my blocking and my timing in the standup. Hopefully the online (PS3) is a smooth ride so I see if I'm really any good, or if my friends are just that damn awful.
Aye, I know the feeling. I'm slowly getting tired of being made to tap out. It doesn't seem to matter how fast i spin the bloody stick. maybe it's my swivel technique, I dunno...
My advise is to keep an eye on your stamina and jude off that what way you'll try and escape. If you're really low and tired just use the punch or kick depending on the position you're in and especially using Chuck.
The buttons are for strong fighters because its a physical escape that will result in you standing up.
It also mentions you are more likely to escape with the physical escape![]()

First game I have its Lesnar against Coleman, and I'm murdering the latter.
Saw some more footage from this over the weekend and I must say I'm really looking forward to it...
...based on what I've seen and playing the demo, we could easily be looking at the best game of it's genre on any platform for many a year.
