[admins - I hope this is the right place to post it up]

Which do u prefer? Playing your mates or playing against the CPU?

I really prefer playing my mates, due to the following reasons:

1. CPU, even at 5* gets predictable after a while and quite easy to win.
2. There is no one to laugh at/laugh at you when you win/lose
3. There is no real competition (unless u get ur kicks from showing the finger at a machine)
4. Me and my mates usually play multi-tap Konami Cups in group league mode, when every guy gets their team, and we play together, helping each other/disturbing each other. A great way to play!!!

So, what will it be?

human all the way... there is nothing like playing Pro Evo with a room full of mates all sipping on a cold Ale... the emotions get going... it is awesome... that is the best part about pro evo... the multiplayer aspect...

Heh, PES3 simply doesn't get played any more unless I have a human counterpart around to play it with (and not necessarily against).

I don't think there is a greater feeling in PS2 gaming than scoring a goal that involved movement by all 3 or 4 human controlled players (ala Glenn, -=101st=- and myself not too long ago).

Perhaps a 40yd screamer in the dying moments of a cup final against your fiercest human rival can match those emotions, but that would be it.

I don't care one iota for playing against the CPU anymore... it's been forever spoilt by human interaction!! Oh the irony!!

I like both but the Master League is class. It is dead addictive. If I had to choose it would be Human though. Alot of satisfaction in beating mates....

Back and to the left.
there really shouldn't be any question. if you prefer to play against the cpu then you really are missing the point of the game, which is to batter, humiliate and reduce your opponent to a flaming ball of anger. then lob him. classic stuff!.

humans are the best to pay against... as elfinke said ti is all the emotion.. much like football is in real life... that is why i like it better... And PES3 has most accurately mimicked real life sport...

humans for me by a long way, my mate bought a rugby game yesterday and the human v human competition on that is far bigger than pes3 cos you're physically fighting them.

i rarely play pes3 against the cpu now either. roll on pes4!

Most definately human...

...hopefully I'll be playing some 3 on 3 tonight! wooo! :D
couldn't get used to 3 on 3, too frustrating. we got stuck on the 2 on 2 cos playin 3 on 3 (with my mates) means that there are at least between 1-2 players who are kinda shitty, which means that there are going to be some yelling at each other. plus, 3 on 3 means that sometimes u will never get the ball on a given attack, which is also a bit frustrating.

to be honest, after a few months of massive 2 on 2 matches we kinda all agreed to have some 1 on 1 short tournaments, as everybody wants to have some totally selfish ego boosters.. :D
btw glad to see that almost everybody agrees that playing human is by far better.
(on the other hand, I guess that would be the equivalent of finding someone who prefers wanking..:D :D ;)
