I got this game in Hong Kong.
Winning Eleven 7 international for PC
It is two cds,
One for english version and the other is for spanish version installation.



It is almost like the PES 3 except that the game now runs faster on low end video card (such as mx series) The ai is a little better (less handball, faster counter attack and players will not run into each other while run forward, also players who without ball are more likey to go forward rather than stand still)
However, the quality of the graphic is a little worse than PES 3.
The screen is also flashing once while and there is always weird wave floating on the screen.
The roster is exactly the same like PES 3, even 99 of player's status and abilities are also as same as PES3
Disappointing.

my friend got a amd xp series pc with a radeon 7500 and he can play smoothly in 800*600 medium details.

dammit... is this ever going to see a US release?? i can't find any pages about win 11 7i for PC anywhere on the mighty interweb. god damn i want that. sell me your copy.

I just got a patch that make the game looks like the japanese version of winning eleven 7, with updated rooster, japanese commentary, japanese we7i music and socreboard. *GOOD*

the patch is on bt all over hong kong and china area a few days ago.
the patch is very closed to the japanese version of we7i
Let me see if i can find the patch on bt and i will then post the torrent file here.

I have tested the game but the speed is almost similar to PES3 PC Version. Turtle speed.Is it because that I am running on Windows 98?. I am using a low end GE Force Card.
