i managed to patch it with PPF although i'd like to do it with APF so i could have those optional stuff in too..... but tried 3 or 4 times with AFP and none worked.

anyways as for the patch itself, this was my first ever patching... and this X-Euro thing is supposed to be like the BEST PATCH... with all these uers.

then is it just me or are the graphics worse? i mean when you look around.... the game's graphics, such as the field's color some kits like Messina in Div 2... they're just not SHARP looking like Orginial WE7i.

I love how everybody's name aint Japanese anymore, and ML players are in english... so are youth and i love some kits that look great like Inter, Barca and Chelsea and Arsenal and Man Utd and teams that weren't licensed.

but i just dont like the feel of the new game ..... maybe it's just because its new to me and i liked WE7i's normal feel and graphics.

also some data problems with this one.

Ronaldinho is probably CHEAPEST player in ML and gets salary of only 200 same with Luis Enrique.

Nigel De Jong of Ajax is set as OMF and SMF when he's CB, SB and DMF in real life.

i don't know.... i also prefer english commentary.

:( I thikn i'm just going to go play ORIGINAL WE7i Jap without any patch until WE8 comes out.... in that case i'll HAVE TO patch it.... but i'll hope there's a patch for that where it just translates menus and player names to English and doesn't have any extra things..... like graphics... or anything else.

thanks and sorry if maker gets mad... i know he put a lot of effort in.... i just dont know... it aint working for me.

Its the only game that freezes for me! I think I might try the WEDOITRIP patch and see what happens there. When I Patched WE6:FE, I didnt have to import any SLPM files, or over.afs or a SIZE_J.AFS.

Works fine for me!

I've successfully used this patch and everything works fine. It's the first time i've seen the adidas finale ball used and i have to say it's top class.

Thats because we6fe was only on CD so no need for different SLPM, over.afs was patched directly with PPF patch and with PPF patches you never need to regenerate so no need for size_j in that time ;)

What do mean after 3 matches, in ML mode or where? Ive played a couple of exibition match and European cup (i lost the final :rolleyes: ) but it didnt crash ive replaced the 2nd ball myself and it worked fine.


And the fields color seems indeed strange in some of the stadiums.

Same here cruijff, mine hasnt crashed once and I changed the second ball my-self and added my own boot pack. I am using the dvd version though. I used dvd because my cd swap disk is being a nob jockey so I used the dvd version.

I just inserted a new mdl file and tex in slot 2. I used the roteiro mdl from slot 1. the only thing is the names of the ball in game, they dont change but thats nothing at all really.

thanks dazfeeder, i'll go change my second ball. but then again i have to burn another DVD+R disc, its sort of a waste though, oh well. anything for WE to be perfect. thanks :D

so do we have to redownload the patch. because i dont see any links to the fix. but its OK if we have to redownload it. piece of cake, i have DSL :D
