The sure is that many many many people play become a legend... so... konami should fix/improve/add "things" to BAL.
I know if gameplay changes Bal will change too but... i think the details will make it better...

the manual pass doesn't count as an assist. meaning when you cut a team open with your own vision and flair, you won't get the stat bonus for doing so.

just play rigidly and on rails.

also the AI controlled players never make risky passes ever. you can run into great positions but they'll turn around and square it back to someone every time.

konami should fix the edit mode cause all players without real faces are the same. 80% of them are like brothers and cousins, so if its dificult to have for each player his real face give us more options to edit mode to make them urselves...

^ personally i don't have problem editing players faces by myself and i can make them look very real! edit mode is something i like most on PES! and i never played BAL, it really needs a lot of improvement!

For me the thing they MUST make better is the general rating system after the game. I mean for goodness sake, it's only really possible to get an 8/7.5 etc if you score goals or assist. That makes it useless to select DMF or CMF positions. When someone doesn't score or assist goals it doesn't mean they had a shit game. I played be a pro for like 5 matches, and it just pissed me off making no errors, passing at 100% completed to see my match rating being 6 or 6.5!

FIX IT KONAMI!

Also make the money you earn worth something, make it possible to buy training so that you can improve your stats. I do hope they make a LOT of additions and improvements.

i really agree with the second point of R9NALD9! they should really make the money on BAL to worth something! this is the only thing getting me away form BAL!

Yes fix the ratings, defensively they suck but the also suck offensively. And of course you should be able to play defensive positions, even as a goalkeeper!

I'd like to feel more like part of a team, however every time I go from a crap to a better team, it's always the same story of me having to carry the whole team in my shoulders. Going back to defend properly then rushing toward goal to score. You need to be able to depend on your team members, this will also improve the feeling that you've moved to a better team.

Also, if you call a pass, why does your teammate always has to send a low straight-line pass? Even when two defenders are in your way and you are clear up front, instead of a high through ball, a straight low pass to the defenders feet... Even if said player is world class he'll do this stupid crap time and time again.

Your awards and records should attract better offers.

I always play as DMF, then basically play in a free role between midfield and attack. By being DMF, the position you're put in for set plays is much better, you're more part of the game. I do believe I get rating points for tackles (see my previous post about wanting to play BAL as defender) and crosses though, so it seems there is more than shooting at stake....I might be wrong.

the option to get interviewed after all the important games ,

as in , how well did you think you done to help your team win the cup ?

and you get options to choose

i just started yesterday........ i dont like the camera angles so far.

YES! Very true, the camera is awful, this is a must fix for 2010! It shouldn't rotate. When it rotates all the controller axis change and you end up running all over the park, it's specially annoying when running down the pitch on the flanks and you end up runnin gout of bounds on your own.... Also when the camera turns 180º when you cross midfield is f*ucking nauseating.

Konami, just copy FIFA's Be a Pro camera, that one really works well, and it zooms in when in the area, it's awesome.

BAL is like 100000000 times better than BaP, but the camera it's a whole different story.

I dunno about that mate. I just had a stonker of a season playing in CMF. Goals, assists, averaging 7's/7.5's. Amount of interceptions you make in those positions makes a difference too.

Your awards and records should attract better offers.
Definitely agree with that. I've just come off a great season, one of the top players in the league, got us into Europe and lower league teams from France, Holland, England etc are the only ones making offers. I'm not sure if selecting 3 positions to play in at the start decreases your ability stats, cos mine have been going up so slowly even though I'm half the time man of the match.

i was checking last night the market value for all players... i 'm first with 5000 (year 2021-2) and second is KAISER with 2250 , ronaldo and bla bla bla... i'm taking almost 10 years 5000.. so if they cant put real money at least they can fix how ur player takes the points.. i mean KAISER is 95+ player and i am 90+ and i take double points...

But Player Value is much more about performance. I got a save where I got transfered to Barcelona for 1800pts, but I was around 75+. Players with this value goes around 700, 800pts...

Yes i agree but thats the wrong.. if you took 1800 with 75+, ronaldo and messi should take 4000-5000 points. i mean if u r 23-4 years old and you take already 5000 how many points you should take when u r 30years old and 90+ ??

I got ur point, Zanteive. But I still think Konami almost did it right. Player needs to be paid based more in his performance. But the point system in game is crap imo. 5000 pts to balance the value of players is too little. In example: Ronaldinho transfer to Milan last season. If he has got to Milan 2, 3 years ago, Barcelona would problably get much more money from Milan, because he was on his top performance that time. But he was transfered in a low performance situation, so Milan paid much less. So did Chelsea with Deco. And if you take a look at Master League, you will see that you will get your players with more or less points basing on their performances, and you will get transfer requests on your players based on this points. So it is on BAL.

Another thing is that you took age in the point. The game got a good relation on player hability over age. But that is not enough. Physical stats should act more on players, I think. The way you start a BAL sucks. How a boy with 17 years old, training, get's physical stats that low? I know he is just starting, but if you see any under 20 team base, the guys will have good fitness, great acceleration and speed, but will be on evolution on strenght and tecnique. I think they should take a look at this aspects, and should be good to have some "points to spend" in the creation of player, based on his height and weight. Like a new Huntelaar, ie. Tall, strong, striker. So he should be good on heading, low speed, good body balance... something like this.

Well, enough of typing :D

Sorry for my poor english... is a bit hard to write correctly being Brazilian. cya

something else that konami should fix in the negotiation period is that if you have for exmple 4 offers, to let you negotiate (or how we call this) with the teams and let u choose the best offer at the end, i mean that if you dont answer to a team in the first 2 days they will take back the offer , so if you can negotiate with all of them and keep the attention to you,at the end of the period you can choose the best offer and give you the ability to accept one from the early offers.

The possibility to be sponsored too should be good. But a sponsor by itself would be useless... it should make some difference. Or the money you earn from clubs and sponsor should be used in something that could make difference to the player.
