I only ordered from Amazon because Ali posted a link of them having the game (and many others) at £40. For PS4/XBONE that is a great price. But yeah, I think ShopTo will deliver by Thursday.

Oh, another moan from me which has carried over from the demo.

Yellow/red cards. I got booked in a drop-in game and after the whistle was blown my gamertag immediately turned yellow above my name. Needs to be fixed.

Also still the case that the red card displays above the scores in top left corner before the red is actually shown. Needs to be fixed.

I think its one code for both them and the historic kits DLC (the latter I want) but if it isn't then you can have them.

I received two separate codes. Amazon have displayed them on one line, separated by a vertical line (code 1 | code 2). The only problem is, they don't tell you which is which. I think the first is for DLC and the second for coins. I haven't redeemed mine yet, but I'm sure it would tell you at the PSN store.
