Where did you see the confirmation on the Colombian teams included? I'm sure they could still do the Copa, but they'd just have the same 2 Colombian teams every year. I'm sure it'd still be fun, but we'll see. I'm a bit surprised they'd include only 2 Colombian teams and not just do the whole league. I wonder if FIFA snagged it?

Pes 2018 will just have Atlético Nacional and Millonarios FC. If PES had the 2017 Copa Libertadores in the game then it would have 5 teams.

http://www.enter.co/especiales/videojuegos/nacional-y-millonarios-estaran-en-pes-2018/

Its annoying when the games add no new leagues or teams. Just updates the game play a little bit. Seriously how much do you think it costs to add the Greek, Ukrainian, South African, Iranian or Uruguayan league (leagues not in FIFA)?

I hear ya, it just makes no sense. I honestly can't think of anyone who'll be happy with just two teams from the Colombian League other than the fan base for those two particular teams. I may just use FIFA 18 for a PL, La Liga, or Bundesliga career. And I'll get PES for a Ligue 1 or Eredivisie career. I was hopeful of doing a South American career, but it just seems pointless with no Copa or something similar.

I saw on this page - https://www.konami.com/wepes/2018/eu/en/topic/licence_latam

From Chile, for the first time in a console game, there will be 16 playable teams from the First Division of the National League

Thought PES 17 already had the 16 Chilean Teams. Then wasn't PES 15 that had it as well.

Am I missing something or are they pulling a FIFA and passing something off as NEW that isn't really new?

Actually the Chilean league was introduced in PES 2014 so I don't know what the hell are they saying by "introducing it for the first time".

Gamescom announcements

Some pretty interesting stuff I've seen on Twitter this morning:

DEMO date - 30th August (we knew that already really)

England, Wales, Belgium and Poland national teams are all licensed now (that means Lewandowski is BACK)!!

England - Arsenal and Liverpool licensed in Prem and Fulham in EFL.
France - Fully licensed Ligue 1 and 2
Italy - Fully licensed Serie A (apart from Juve I think) plus unlicensed Serie B
Spain - Barcelona, Valencia and Atletico Madrid licensed, La Liga 1 and 2
Portugal - Benfica, Sporting AND Porto licensed
Holland - Fully licensed
Germany - Dortmund, Schalke and RB Leipzig

Other teams - Galatasary, Besiktas, Fenerbache, Spartak Moscow, CSKA Moscow, AEK Athens, Panathinaikos, FC Copenhagen, Dinamo Zagreb, Anderlecht, Shakthar Donetsk, Malmo, Olympiakos, PAOK, Gent, FC Basel, Young Boys Berne, Zenit, Slavia Prague, Steau Bucharest, Dinamo Kiev.

Brazil - fully licensed
Chile - Fully licensed
Argentina - Fully licensed

Other American teams - Internacional, Argentinos Juniors, Guillermo Brown, RB Brasil, Atletico Nacional, Millionairos, Sporting Cristal, Allianza Lima

Asia - The usual suspects!

Stadiums increased from 30 to 36.

No mention of the Asia teams from what I saw.

Looks nice, better than PES 2017. So many good teams, and I don't mind the unlicensed ones (that's what option files are for).

Any news on the fake leagues and teams? Will we still have all the fake teams in the PEU League, Other European Teams, PLA league, etc. ? (That would be great to make more teams) Maybe a fake African league (a lot of people want it)?

I think Konami could get the license for more leagues, we need some new ones. Or, at least, make more fake leagues so we can create our own.

Atleast they added more other European teams. Have 25 now. Still only 14 african national teams which is annoying. Pretty much the same as 2017

Just hope they would let u create an eighth European league. They wont but it would be nice.

Supposedly, there are three more team licenses to be announced after Gamescom. I saw the twitter photo at a different forum. I'm not sure if that is three teams already on the list we've seen or three new ones. We'll all obviously take new ones! Haha

Ali

It is happening again
Still waiting on that Bolton licence.

Come on Konami, get it done. Give us lots of money for the deal, because we sure as hell fucking need it.

Surely they would announce it now wouldn't they? I mean, they've announced on their website all licenses and stadiums so I can't imagine they would suddenly change it, or add further stadiums?

Fingers crossed though!

Yeah, weird for sure. Asim Tanvir (@AsimTanvir) posted the picture on Twitter saying that there's more to come even after Gamescom. The picture has the big licensed teams and then three question marks. Who knows..

From what I heard the 3 questions marks is for the official partners. It's possible the official partners is gonna be the team that already in the game or some latin america teams.
