Can you official confirm whether its possible to have 2 players at 1 console playing online against opponents. As opposed to 1 player per consoles for 2v2.
All I've heard is speculation and rumours.
Another speculative thread.....
If your that bothered about the online play. Wait till the weekend and read the comments on here. Then decide whether the game is worth purchasing.
*awaits pointless threads "SEABASS IS A XXX" and "ONLINE IS SH*T*
Ho hum.
PS3 has its own proprietary network and servers. The companies concerned Konami/Sony are probably not to go finance such a costly project.
I don't think we will ever see the cross platform online gaming apart from the "games for windows" PC\Xbox 360 which uses Xbox Live services.
Xbox 360 and PS3 already has proprietary headset support (Xbox Live Headset and bluetooth headset).
You must be referring to the PC version. There is software available to enable headset support with a friend (I cannot remember off the top of my head). But of course you need to pre-arrange...
No one has really clarified how online is exactly working. I want to know whether a guest can join with me on the same xbox to play online. Please see my examples below.
What combinations of 2v2 is allowed:-
For example, me and my mate sat at xbox - same team against 2 other players...
Yes,
Go into the Anyone/xxx servers (Doesn't matter PC or PS2) - PC players can play PS2 players on the "Anyone" servers.
"Anyone" servers are found at the bottom of the menu.
Most likely some configuration issue, try lower the frequency of the monitor. That can cause problems. Are you having any problems with other games etc?
PC version everytime because the graphics are simply far superior to the consoles, and the updates are easily patched also its cheaper- but I own the PS2 version due to its online capabilities.
I would knock the PC version out of the water - there is quite a large community of PC players.
Pro Evo on the PC was tricky to get online, I guess the PS2 will experience the difficulties of setting up - got to www.PES5.net there is guide which they should of included with the instructions. All you need is there - trust me.
Free Kick Evolution?
Is it me or is free kicks happening every 5 seconds?? - perhaps I'm just a little aggresive or do like to pressure players constantly. My shooting is appauling as well - and R2 seems to take the juicy power off?
