I find that using X is very helpful. I tended to suck before I learned to use X (and sometimes triangle). X will get the ball to come down just enough to not go over the net, with enough power to beat the keeper. And on really close range, it's good combined with Down.

The unrealistic thing I find about the ML isn't the classic players, but that players grow insanely well. Classic players and non, after +5 years, every team I'm facing is full of players that have the skill of Pele or Maldini.

I don't think the officials call fouls too often. I just think that the players in the game foul too often. It's particularily annoying that they're still allowed to push from behind and get no card for it.

Those that are scoring from that far, are doing so on six stars I assume?

Players have so little stamina in PES5, that if they actually did anything off the ball they would be out of energy before the first half ended.

Someone should upload replays. I never score from over 35 yards. Though I never really try either.

Dilluting the talent by making so many leagues would just make the ML far too easy.

If you want to find out how well he develops, just pay a huge amount for him, (keep trying by reloading if needed), look at his growth curve after you buy him, and then reload back to your original save. Ohh, and, I think the idea is that all players except new/youth(17) are under contract...

I've had this happen. I reinstalled and it hasn't happened again, after playing for weeks now. No idea why it does. Indeed it's very frusturating.

It's just as possible as every other PES I've played. PES4/PES3 had the same hidden fee. Except you can pick up players on a free in their first season. Which means in the first ML season, you can buy an all star team (classic players) on a free.

Is there any way to edit salary points in Master League? Particularily for PES5? As with all other PES games I've played, they give a far too unrealistically large amount of points when you start winning. I guess its really skewed because the expensive players in real life cost far more than...

Eventually I found a PES4 editor that seemed to allow changing a lot of sound effects. Maybe eventually one will come out for PES5.

What would the game need all of that bandwidth for? That is beyond streaming video speed. On even the most detailed online games I've played recently, they don't need much bandwidth. Just a low ping and high connection quality.

I've found the full version to be a tad more difficult. Or so it seems - I haven't played the same type of matches as in the demo yet.
