been annoying actually .
uruguay won 3 matched in group , then lost to SA 4-3 , so freakin lucky.

now i started again as mexico, drew with italy , beat france 3-2, he was unlcuky
and then algeria , guy scored 3 own goals and left the game . i top the group.

im getting use to it ...... but i wish PES was a bit like this LOL

I found it to be faster with more of an arcade feel in comparison to FIFA 10. Knocking it down to "slow" gameplay speed is preferrable.

Good? Bad? I'm not sure. I grew tired of FIFA 10 in a small span of time and never truly got into it. I may still fire it up on the very rare occasion but, that is only because I need a football game to play, and PES 2010 is fucking dire. 2010 World Cup is a very similar release to FIFA 10. It instantly seems more enjoyable to pick up and play but, it's just not different enough to hold any extra lasting appeal than its predecessor. I'll probably continue to play it for a while (again due to wanting a football game to play) as my best mate owns it.

FWC game has a gameplay better than fifa 10 but still has the huge defense flaw. the defense is still all up front. come on!! so fifa 11 will have a better gameplay and it will still have this incredible mistake!!!

team winning 2-0 and everyone from midfield on. it is so unreal!!

doesn't ea understand anything about football????

I'm actually really enjoying playing this at the moment and after a few failed attempts i finally got my teeth into the World Cup qualifying campaign, with Slovakia of all nations :erm:

For me there was enough improvements over Fifa 10 to warrant a purchase. Once you've played it you definitely won't go back to playing Fifa 10.

Anyways, heres my goals from my qualification. See if you can notice the hair glitch

I gave into temptation and purchased the game today, Dave you are partly to blame with that video. Thoroughly enjoying the game, having set the game speed down to slow it feels very authentic and is certainly an improvement on Fifa 10.

I really wanna continue my online fifaworld cup but i cant because it wont let me find a match. It finds games instantly on head to head and its really starting to annoy me.

Im enjoying this game though, Half way through Captain Your Country (just taken over Gerrard as Captain :D). I made my bloke a striker so i could get the two achievements (most hattricks and win award at end of tournament) playing on World Class difficulty and with such shit stats i couldnt score until a friendly match away to Germany where we won 5-0 with me scoring 4 :D.

That goal at 3:00 mins scored with Jakubko was very lush, Dave. A lot of your goals are infact, well played.

I'm enjoying using Malawi, I started an Online World Cup as them and managed to beat someone who was Spain 3-2 :D

I take it back, I love this game. Pretty annoying that everyone seems to play as Spain, England, France, Brazil, Italy and Holland in online world cup mode. I'm trying mostly as shit teams but it is very hard. Best i've done with a shit team is Kazakhstan to the quarter finals beating Brazil and Spain on the way =]

Havent won it yet tho, Got england to the finals and played Spain in the group stages, 16, qf and sf before losing to france in the final

FIFA Worldcup South Africa
The new features anounced for PES 2011, are all in fifa world cup game which by the way is 10 times better than PES with its online feature alone, PES need to create a masterclass if they want to get the better of FIFA Worldcup South Africa 2010.

I refuse to pay full price for this game, it's just a shame it's not on the Xbox Live marketplace as an add-on for FIFA 10. Not sure exactly how it should work, but I can't justify £40 for a World Cup game.

I fee the same. I'm waiting for it to fall to £20-£25.

I'm still a little skeptical too. The demo feels a lot faster than FIFA 10, even if set to "slow", it still feels a touch fast. The pitch graphics are undoubtedly better though, and the presentation looks lovely, not £40 lovely mind.

I sold Fifa 10 and got this game, it's a vast improvement on the gameplay. Remember the demo is set to two minute half and as such the tempo is sped up, on 6 minute halves and slow I think the tempo is perfect. The gameplay is better, the graphics are better, the sound is more immersive and the presentation is smoother. It's a definite improvement on Fifa, I hope it bodes well for Fifa 11. This is I think the best football game I've played, it feels like genuine football in the way PES 5/6 did.

Won the World Cup for the first time, using Italy, trouncing England 4-0 in the final. I would have to say it wasn't particularly difficult. I am still playing through my Chile campaign, which I started before my Italy campaign, but qualifying in South America takes longer and I've been beset with friendlies. I've just qualified top of the group by 5 points, losing only two games; away to Argentina and away to Brazil. Oddly, I've been put in a group with Argentina and Peru, I didn't think you could have 3 teams from South America in one group.
