I've enjoyed all the previous games, so despite some people slating the demo, I'm still 100% sure I'll be getting this at some point.

The demo looks good , liked all previous AOE games so even if people say demo bad i think AOE III will be great

Completed the first level of that campaign, its not my theme but I still had fun like back in the days with AOE II. That interface thingy is way too big though, and its pretty overwhelming at first since they didnt make the tutorial accesible.

I finished level 1 on the campaign mode just now. Looking foward to the next level, so far, I'm loving the game! Scots vs. Turks. How sweet.

Don't know why though, my brother always says that Civilization IV is hell lot better, I think both are cool, but I prefer AOE.

Played an amazing game the other day with my two mates.

I was the Dutch, one of the mates was the Spanish, and the other were the Germans, and we were against the Russians, the Turks, and the British (3 vs 3)

Anyway, half way through the game we were finding it tough, because all three of the computer characters would take it in turns to defeat one of us, sending all three armies in at the same time to one of our bases.

They did this to all of us, then backed off for a bit. So we backed into the farthest corner of the map, rebuilt our empires, all right next to each other, so they couldn't penetrate our ranks.
We stayed there while the computer continued to attack us, with our armies taking out theirs every time, (300 style) whilst slowly rebuilding.

Then we attacked, sweeping the whole map, killing everything in our path, and we eventually won the game. Went on for 2 hours lol

Was a great game
