just been hearing great things bout this upcoming RTS game, looks and sounds unreal to tell u the truth hi!!!! Long been a fan of the RTS series, age of empires sucked me into them, since have played various command and conquer games, rise of nations, age of mythology, and currently empire earth 2, which is also brilliant. i think this new game is going to the first thats got unreal graphics, and the gameplay and all ti suit. cant wait, i think to be released in around november or that

AOE 2 is one of my alltime favourites, online play was fabulous with all the scenario's.
Should be good, Age Of Myth was great too.

yeah, certainly are good games hi, one of the best. did you ever try the empire earth series, v good, the negociations you can carry out are unreal, brings the diplomacy into play really well hi. alliances to allow trading, border crossing an so on can be set up, with incentives been offered to do so

I play every game you mentioned :lol:

If AOE 3 is coming out im sure it will be superb like the last one, the first PC game I ever bought if I remeber rightly.

i used to play age of mythology solid and it was great. i also liked age of kings. looking forward to the new one.

The demo is out today, I've downloaded it (around 375MB) and am about to try it. The graphics do look great, but if anyone has played Morrowind on the PC with a good graphics card, nothing matches the realism of the water in that game which looks as though you are, literally, looking at a lake in real life with absolutely no sign that it is a computer game. Just a shame the land doesn't match that.

Will let you know what I think later.

Just Pre-Ordered AOE III, gotta wait till December though But I just downloaded some AOE III movies, and wow i'm impressed can't wait

Requirements (possibly the minimum) are along the lines of a 1.4Ghz processor with around 512MB RAM and a 64MB graphics card.....and some stuff I don't remember. Windows XP and DirectX9 I guess.

My initial impressuons of the demo are that the playing screen is a bit small and the section for the map, training buttons and unit actions is too big. There's also an annoying way of picking "favours" in order to advance ages.

Still good though.

Easy, AOE III will fit nicely in my comp, will i hope so, got rollercoaster tycoon 3 and the expansion pack but should still fit.

Looks really good, but I've always preferred the EE series to the AOE series.
