Anyone else tired of Arrogance?

God... It's everywhere; during games people will try to whine you up by saying "skill" and "lucky";
On these forums, I see it all the time, if somebody chose a player on their Ml team which somebody didn't like they quote and make a stupid comment? Like “why would that player be there? That’s basformy ";
You see it on the PES lobbies all the time "anyone dare play me?";
Or the most annoying of all: correcting spelling/grammar.

Is anyone tired of such big-headedness?


Oh and I haven't went on pes for a long time. Got a ps3. I just came here today and saw lots of stuff and it just reminded me of how pes is. I am so dissappointed that konami don't moderate their game. I've seen people in the lobbies saying "anybody wanna cyber? join my room1" I mean WHAT THE HELL KONAMI?

What I hate ispeoples attitudes to rematches, whenever I beat someone; I will always give them the oppurtunity of a rematch.

I hate people who beat you; excruciatingly closely, and never give you a rematch.

The fact is, I play as 'shit' teams like newcastle, west ham, tottenham, ROI. None of these are anywhere near the quality of the teams I play against; so losing 1-0 to an extremely fortunate goal pisses me off more so than losing as say Manu against Inter.

I also hate the people who score an extremely crap goal(like by-line, pull back, tap in) and then go on to harp on about how great they are, how i should play fifa....all that wank.

I hate watching replays of goals as well. Pisses me off when people wank off over their replays. I only watch a goal if it is omething special; like a scholes volley from 35 yards after the ball was cleared from a corner. The rest are just goals; and dont need to be seen again as I've scored hundreds like them before, they aren't special.

Fuck sake that is just like me. I always go Rangers and I hate it when someone beats me with Barcelona in the last minute and says "UR FUKIN SHITE!" yet the cunt doesn't realize the massive difference in quality between the teams. This always pisses me off especially if they don't rematch.

I always skip replays as when it comes to PES, I just get too impatient. Whenever I play my brother he is always pausing the game every 5 minutes for 10 minutes and it pisses me off. He then gets pissed off when I skip all the replays even though he wants to watch them. Most cunts usually watch the replays to rub it in but usually when they score I just start flipping the channels until the replays are finished. Anyway I do get a bit annoyed with PES online, mostly to do with the cunts that play it. Haven't played online in a month or something.

Haven't played online in a while either, if I do I play non-ranked but even there, Inter and Brazil are still the rule rather than the exception. Usually without headset as most just see it as an opportunity to violate your ears with screaming and "oh my God you noob".

Reminds me of a few games I've played today on Xbox 360 Live. I usually click Random as I find that more interesting, for example, I came up with OGC Nice who are clearly shite, then my opponent chooses Juventus. Well played mate, you tosspot. Then whilst he was beating me 2-0, and continously playing shit football. He probably perceived it as possession football as he always kept it, but he was just passing it back and forth between his backline and keeper. Not to mention he watched both his goal replays in full length which pissed me off. He also messaged me in the middle of the game with the lovely saying "Dont fuck with me". Which I thought was a lovely touch to add to his retardedness, he obviously thinks he is some form of God on the game.

It's always the same though. However I ended up with another shit today, Dynamo Kiev. Then my opponent chose Porto, I thought, this maybe a fairly decent game then. However as soon as the formation screen appears, he spreads out the infamous 2-3-5 formation and I felt like kicking the TV. I was beating him 1-0 at half-time therefore I was delighted, shame he quit the game eh ? Daft cunt.

I generally hated all the cunts I played against on line. What i normally do is play as everton and Fulham and smash the shit out them when they pick any of the really good teams.

I only remember one guy who was sound and we played a series of Balkan derbies. They were predominantly shit but i respected the guy for not picking brazil as soon as I picked Croatia

I played some Frenchie yesterday abd he was 3-0 up at half time. When I go 3 up most shitters leave but I am always the sport and stayed. He added a fourth in the 50th minute and it appeared all over. But then I scored 5 of the finest team goals ever and won 5-4. He was Madrid so I picked Barca. He had the decency to send a message saying it was the best game ever which it was. He even sent the message in English. I like to be shite teams but if some shitter picks Brazil I will too then pick the same kit.

I just hope that head sets don't become in any way important in PES7 I couldn't bare having to listen to these idiots - I say about 1 in 10 players I play play the game properly so when I find someone (whether they beat me or not) I'll play as many games as I can. The other 90% range from mildly annoying to getting me angry, stupidly angry.

Stupid formations that they take aaaaages setting up - you've played as Inter in at least the last 5 fucking games wtf are you doing. Why don't you stock this idiotic formation, why don't you have a midfield - oh silly me you don't need one.

1 trick ponies - this isn't FIFA there are loads of ways to score some amazing goals. It's normally obvious which trick they opt for by the stupid formation they've just wasted 2 minutes of your life that you'll never, ever get back.

Players from outside the UK trying to play in the English lobbies - with what I can only imagine is a 36kb dial up connecton that they are sharing with another computer that's downloading porn.

Time wasters - I played against a guy who was Argentina so I went Holland, I went 1-0 up after 2 mins and he decided to try and pass the ball between his back for he remainder of the half I was hosting. The happiest win I think I've ever had. I ended up beating him 4-3 with a last minute winner after he'd lagged the 2nd half.

I've also found in competitions that a good proportion of our French Pro Evo comapdres seem to try and combine all of these as much as possible.

I played online as soon as I could and am probs not going back because of the players who mess us fair players around. I had a great game with this lad i chose Valencia he chose Newcastle I think so mainly the same stats ect Villa-Owen and it ended a thrilling 3-3 and we literally played all day having great matches. My first day online..I came back the next day to play another lad i picked Seville he picked Brazil?! I mean wheres the fairness.. so he goes 4-1 up and hes playing the replays full length so i dont care about your replays i want to play and get back into the game! So when i say hurry please i want to play now.. he says "Shut it just because Brazil own ya" and the lag is an issue as well so no wonder I dont play often. This has happened many times and I'm sick of it

Last night I played a guy called Ban-Man

I was Newcastle he was Chelsea.

Having a good game up to when he went 2-1 up at 60mins. He then passed the ball to the keeper and kept the ball along the back four and keeper until the final whistle. How very nice.

While he was doing this, I said "come on m8 fair play" and HIS response was "Go ***k your mother" "ha ha ha" etc etc...

Suprise suprise, he was Portugese (Not being Racist but I have found the Portugese notorious at swearing and cheating online) I apologise to all fair Portugese gamers.

I am still wound up now - I was 'mushroom cloud' livid last night.

You may think ohhh, this guy could not get the ball - big deal.
I tried and gave up at 80mins and BTW it is bloody difficult especially against a superior team. Even so, it still totally unsporting and unnecessary as the game was fair up to that point.

This is all the crap we have to put up with on our quest for an honest game of PES.

I have to agree with Tallon, the attitude, arrogance & abusiveness of opponents is wearing thin with me aswell. I do not mind a bit of cheeky banter but saying "I hope your mother dies" is a tad bit strong.

OMG, can you imagine if PES was dependant of wearing a headset, like JonnyDp said!

IMO 95% of online gamers are cool. The other 5% just ruin it for honest gamers.

Its just when players show arrogance when all they can do is cheap cut-backs and have no variety in their play.

Sometimes you just have to concede and use top teams against the likes of Inter and United. I use Juve or Bayern Munich at the moment and I'm winning quite regularly.

I can live without the constant abuse on it, I'm glad i dont have a headset.

Tbh 90% of "laggers" have bad connection and people get annoyed and call them laggers because of it. But some are laggers, yes.

I must honestly say that i have played loads of games against loads of people and of all of them only one person for me is a true player on this game . That person has the guts to play every single thing manually fromm the goalie to the manual passing to the switching and the strategies. That people is a true PES player the rest of u might as well play FIFA. i my self am trying to play manually but online its very hard when u consider all these crappy players that player a three touch goal play "from keeper, down the line backpass and shoot", I am amazed they are not bored of that routine. Personnally i would quit playing if thats all i did.
