Basic questions about PES 18

I have some general questions I'm wondering about and I was hoping that one of you could help me.

When I enter "game plan", some of my players have a real face, some have a "created" face that sort of looks like the real face of the player and others have a black/white standard picture that shows nothing.

I understand that the real faces involves players in sponsored national teams and club teams but what are the difference between the "made" face and the blank standard nothing? Can I somehow change this or are you simply doomed if you start a ML save with a Bundesliga team? (I know they actually have a face on the pitch, I'm just talking about the picture in "game plan".)

Updating things like banners, boots and faces, is this only for PC or does it work just like kits and logos for PS4?

Lastly, if i were to import one new team over an other team. How will this affect my ML save? Let's say I have Steaua in my CL group in my ML save but I decide that I would rather have Rosenborg to use for Exibition matches in "play now". So I make RBK over Steaua. Will this change affect my ML? Will I suddenly have Rosenborg in my ML group?

Regarding the faces I don't think there's a way to fix that (unless you're on PC, in that case get a patch and it'll likely fix the issue).

And for the other question, yes, if you import Rosenborg, it will replace the team you had previously, but the players will remain the same (at least for the stats, not sure about names). That's why I recommend first to decide all the teams you want to play with and only then start Master League.

Thanks to both of you for the answers! I actually got a National Team job and I wanted more players to choose from.

Btw, for the moment I have like 130 million punds on my transfer budget and about one million on my salary budget which is 30 million in total. The situation I am in now forced me to renew all my players contracts so next season my total salary is almost 60 million. Will I get sacked? Do they take the money out of my TB? I hope they give me a huge bump up after this season.

The first season when I was promoted I got 8 million extra in SB but the next season when I won everthing in the top division I got almost nothing. It's kinda weird that I only have a SB of 30 million while Juves Higuain has a salary of over 20 million alone.
