which one did you like best... we have all now tested and tried PES 12 enough to make this decision....
My personal choice is 11.
I didnt put PES 5,6 in this poll because they are...well, from a different planet!....unfair to say the least !

i voted 2012 is best - 2011 was far too rigid in my opinion.

The added gameplay features in 2012 cannot be ignored, many of PES past gripes have been eliminated, i am talking about player runs, selection of defenders, choosing where a throw/freekick goes... etc.

Sure, things need further refinement, but won't that always be the way?

I like 2012, and I will like 2013, 2014 and so on. I like the new version, just for the fun to deal with Konami changes.

PES 2011 -
-Defenders ran away from every through ball
-There was much more scripting than PES 2012
-Half your players were offside
-Your teammates are dumb and run into one another (Poor AI)
-Referees cannot spot dangerous tackles even in front of their eyes!
-The game is too rigid and cannot flow
-Every player was too heavy and sluggish
-Turning in was like shifting the weight of a 50 stone sumo wrestler
-Stumbling bug
-Whenever you passed, the ball when through the players feet
-Dribbling was very loose
-A ball can travel through the whole pitch without being intercepted

PES 2012
-Dribbling is way too tight so a lot of players can get through the oppostion by speed bursting
-Unfair advantage against the CPU (Fouls, offsides, through balls)
-Passing power bar and accuracy
-Shooting in general eventhough it isn't a major problem
-Game speed is too fast on 0
-Lack of freedom (like AI) in general overview

THIS IS ONLY GAMEPLAY and I didn't include other factors like laggy online or individuality.Anyway, from my point of view, it looks like PES 2012 is the most realistic and efficient game because PES 2011's bad outweighs PES 2012's bad

PES 2012. See I am totally honest here...lol I enjoy PES 2012 way more then I did PES 2011. Infect, I cant remember finishing one ML on that game.

Yeah, for me the only worst thing with pes 2012 compared to 2011 is the scripting or the cheating. I know for a few of you it is possible to actually cheat the cheating ai, but the important thing is that it should never be neccesary. Im just saying that if they would patch something, they should patch this.

Oh yeah, and the other things abu said is spot on.

I am glad some still hang on to 11 like myself.
I thought KONAMI couldnt do worse, but they actually can !!! with the latest patch the game is even more weird !

It's amazing how some people regard Rigidity of Pes11 as a bad thing. For me, its realistic to have some degree of solidness in the player models, how they move, ball, shooting etc etc rather than what we have in PES12....Skating headless chickens who respond to a slight shooting power with a blazing cannon and to a fool bar with a faint pass alike hit which again skies an inch on the ground !

It is ultimately frustrating how the so called Active AI opts for the same frikin strategy all the fukin time.....putting as much men as it can behind the ball....
God bless PES 11 with its scripting. At least we didnt have deflections....3 or 4 consecutive of them ! going the other way just to enable AI to score.

I am on PS3 and I am telling you guys, its utter shite....even at -2 players run like crazy...there is no shot control...impacts are funny... everything looks and plays shit.

pes 2012 hands down .. i would ask everyone to play pes 11 or any other previous pes after playing pes 2012 for some time ... u will definately hate all the previous ones !

Pes2012is unbelieveble.
Passing is broke shooring is broke. Defending is stupid. Its all just a gamble.players walking away from the ball. Every player becomes messi imposseble to get of balance or to make a faul on, and when you do get the ball away from there feet theres another cpu player who can pick up the ball
Its unbelieveble player run true your defenence like it is nothing. Every player its just dumb. I wish my team could do the stuff the cpu is doing. But no cpu can defence.
And then when there is a change konami decides to make the pass to slow or to hard cause the power bar dont do shit why they even put it in. Or you can select the right player to take the shot.

I wont go backto pes2011. But pes2011 wasnt so annoying and frustrating as pes2012 is.
Next year ill wait tilll pes2013 is half price. Konami just messed up this year.

FUN!!!! - Just because it was easy. It was one of the most unrealistic, broken games ever. Look at PES 6, that wasn't light and rigid and unlike PES 2011, not every player weighed 50s stone and players can actually turn their body. I just played my ml in pes 2011 and boy, this was so unrealistic with the end to end football and where is the goal variation? Scissor kicks outside the box? Through balls that never get intercepted? Go down the wing, tap cross 3 times and score? HORRIBLE?
This should never be how a footie game is played. Dunno why they released the crap game. Who ever heard of defenders running away from through balls? Every cross being overhit? Scuffing a shot over just because there is a player behind ya? Messi being caught up by Barry? Long balls that don't even work properly!
Scripting was so bad in that game, it makes PES 2012 look like a game awarded for fair-play. Outdated defence system with no stand tackles?
