Do as p34semm suggested as that has worked for people. It didn't work for me when I was sorting the PESFan option file I downloaded the other day. Xport 360 simply just kept crashing on me, always. So I downloaded Xplorer 360 instead which is basically the same thing, except when I tried it, the files transferred hassle free (I dragged them over in groups of around 10). So if p34semm's advice hasn't worked, I suggest typing Xplorer 360 into Google and downloading that program.

:)

thanks hunter, just trying that just now.

Am i right in saying xplorer doesnt give you quite as much detail when reading your HDD? I've basically just highlighted partition 3 and started copying the files straight into there. Whereas with xport you actually went right into the PES2010 folder. Hopefully you confirm this :) please confirm this, lol. I shall let you know my progress

You guys have saved an edit file already on your version so that there is a PES 2010 OF to drag and drop into right?

I did, however my PES data got wiped when it crashed, does this mean I should stick my hard-drive back on, play PES and save another option file, then try to transfer the files again?

Right, you need to still drag the files into the specific PES 2010 folder like in Xport 360. It's just in Xplorer you don't get the names of the folders, just numbers instead, but the PES folder should always be at the bottom, click it, and a sub-folder called 000001 or something will appear - drag the files into that folder.

Nah, you don't have to stick the hard drive back onto the Xbox. You can just drag the files into your empty PES folder.

:) got it workin, sweeet!

feel like I should make a donation to you as well hunter, lol.

btw in xplorer it would let me go into the folders of each partition so I just pasted all the files into partition 3 and it done the job. In case anyone else is in the same predicament.

thanks man, I'm off to enjoy the splendour that is the premiership on pes :)

I can't say I've tried with Vista, I'm on Windows 7. Not sure why "Partition 1" isn't there, but "Partition 3" is what you need anyway so it still might be okay.

im gettin the same issues mate, keeps crashin even if I do it in small groups.

Ive got my 60GHDD connected to the laptop, using xport software (running as administator) UAC is turned off.

I'm proper stumped :erm:

u had any joy striker?

I did finally get it to work. Took out my HDD and reconnected it back to my xbox, turned it on and started pes, saving my difficulty etc. Then i took it out and re-connected it back up to my pc, only to find that numbers 1-64 were copied over, with no. 65 at 0kb. So i deleted 65 and began to copy them over 1 by 1 from 65 onwards.

The only thing i did differently was copy the EDIT file LAST. Dont know if that makes any difference.

Thanks for the file guys, its amazing! :D

Now all we need is a Konami patch to fix the damn computer/goalkeeper AI  Wishful thinking ehh :)

Great to see you guys have got it working, sure Daymos and Cowson will be just as delighted too. :)

I'll probably be on here for another 30 minutes or so if people need further help of course, but just try to be patient as it takes time to write the replies, I simply can't respond immediately - a response will usually take 5 minutes or so at the moment.

bums still not having any luck, should the files just go straight into partition 3, no sub folders or anything similar?

EDIT: i just went into system data from dashboard, in the PES section under memory my save game was listed, then below were each of the kits "uniform 2" etc, surely this is wrong.

Im frazzled from work today and cant get my head round this, stoopid technology (or just stupid me).

Some members seem to have had success dragging the files straight into partition 3. I'm not sure, but personally, when I drag files over I put them in the sub-section of PES. The PES folder should probably be at the very bottom of partition 3, if you click on the PES sub-section, another sub-folder should appear called 00001 or something similar - this 00001 is where I drag my files to.

yeah i just connected up the hdd with the data cable, ran xplorer 360 as an administartor (dunno if that helped or not) and opened my hard drive. unlike xport, it didnt allow me to select the sub-folders of the partitions so i just copied all the files straight into partition 3 as thats where the folder was. Then when I started PES it was updated. I lst my saved goals and saved league season ikd started but my achievements were still there strangely.

best of luck

THIS MAY HELP
DATEL KIT---- PC TO COMPUTER,
It worked for me.
Part 1: What you need

A Datel Transfer Kit (available from http://www.codejunkies.com/)

http://www.davidmbaker.f2s.com/Xbox360/TransferKit/transfer_kit_360.jpg

Xplorer360 (available from http://www.360gamesaves.com/ (http://www.360gamesaves.com/plugins.php?load=Downloads&function=viewcat&catid=5))

http://www.davidmbaker.f2s.com/Xbox360/TransferKit/Transf1.jpg

Part 2: Installing the Transfer Kit

Note: As of Beta 5 you can just install the Datel drivers. So just download the latest version of Xplorer 360. This will make life a lot easier for all you guys. Then continue onto the second post in this thread. Ummm actually their seems to be a few issues so still follow the instructions below.

Instructions for versions prior to Beta5. (And for the moment present versions. Found issues with Datel drivers.)

NOTE: Do not install the drivers that come with the transfer kit!

1) Plug in the Datel Transfer Kit and insert your memory card.

2) Click cancel when it asks you to install the new hardware. (This will happen twice.)

3) Right click on 'My Computer' and select properties. Now click on the 'Hardware' tab. You should see the following screen:

http://www.davidmbaker.f2s.com/Xbox360/TransferKit/Transf2.jpg

4) Now select 'Device Manager', scroll down to 'Other devices' and click on the + symbol beside it:

http://www.davidmbaker.f2s.com/Xbox360/TransferKit/Transf3.jpg

5) Right click on 'Memory Unit' (if you don't see this check Part 5) and select 'Update Driver...'. If asked whether you want to connect to Windows Update select 'No, not this time' and then click 'Next'. On the next screen select 'Install from a list or specific location (Advanced)':

http://www.davidmbaker.f2s.com/Xbox360/TransferKit/Transf4.jpg

6) On the next screen select 'Don't search I will choose the driver to install.' This should launch the hardware update wizard. Scroll down to 'Universal Serial Bus Controllers' which appears near the bottom of the list:

http://www.davidmbaker.f2s.com/Xbox360/TransferKit/Transf5.jpg

7) On the next screen check that 'USB Mass Storage Device' is highlighted and select 'Next'. If a 'Update Driver Warning' appears select 'Yes':

http://www.davidmbaker.f2s.com/Xbox360/TransferKit/Transf6.jpg

8) Windows will now install the driver. Once this is complete the new hardware wizard will appear again. Click cancel when it does. If you now scroll back up to 'Other devices' you will notice that 'Memory Unit' has been removed and 'MSFT Memory Unit USB Device' has appeared in it's place:

http://www.davidmbaker.f2s.com/Xbox360/TransferKit/Transf7.jpg

9) Now similar to before right click on 'MSFT Memory Unit USB Device'. If asked whether you want to use Windows Update again select 'No, not this time' then on the next screen select 'Install from a list or specific location (Advanced). Then after clicking 'Next' select 'Don't search. I will choose the driver to install.' You should now be back at the 'Hardware Update Wizard'. Near the top of the list should be the hardware type 'Disk drives', select this option and click 'Next':

http://www.davidmbaker.f2s.com/Xbox360/TransferKit/Transf8.jpg

10) Check '(Standard Disk Drives)' is highlighted under manufacturer and 'Disc Drive' under model and then click 'Next'. If you get the 'Update Driver Warning' select 'yes':

http://www.davidmbaker.f2s.com/Xbox360/TransferKit/Transf9.jpg

11) You can then click finish and close 'Device Manager'. Your memory card reader is now installed.
