Default. And if you change some player's hair (I change some before DLC)... default too.

Hi Paul what do you mean you can choose to update the squads or not? Are all the new players in the free agents section? Also you did a test base copy didn't you?! Base copying a preset face player over a fake player has that been reset as someone said base copied players don't get reset

I updated both, but if it works like when this was in the game before then if you say no any new players will be in free agents. This will be useful for future updates so you don't have your NT reset or for when they release data packs that just add new boots/faces.

I did & the face is still there, this could just be because no players have been removed though.

Maybe he is on PS3 & they don't default, all I know is the few faces I did on PS4 have been.

konami just konami last year was only nationalities this year they improve them selfs good job konami ones more a BIG disappointment.
i make edit from the very first pes in when we could fix only the team banges .
this year is my last year that i throw my money to them.
and ofcourse don't forget to thanks them for the amazing fully roster update .

I hadn't created a face on a created player so I don't know sorry. At this stage there is no need to base copy as no players have been removed, just moved to free agents. The players I had base copied all still have their presets.

Yeah it's annoying, I would be even more annoyed if I had done lots of faces.

We're aware of the missing transfers on Data Pack 1. We apologize for the inconvenience and are currently looking into it. @OfficialPes

Ahhh the $6 million question... I guess there will be another data pack sometime in the next month. Personally I won't be doing any faces until they confirm that this was a one off

That is the question are Konami aware they have fucked up, due to there poor communication the answer to that question is anyone's guess

I've base copied players in PEU League "before they disappears" (which they don't) and i've got every players with base-copy faces.
Aimar, Mario Gomez, Xavi, Drogba etc.

But every Euro/World classics faces that i've edited (Nedved, Inzaghi, Ronaldo): reset for everyone.

So we can make a statement:

-Every players faces edited/base copied will disappear after a datapack but NOT i you base copy them on a fake league team (PEU, PLA, PAS)

there is one trick if you want to recover edited players : before updating create a player with base copy. the created players remains after the update and you can base copy them back.
this is usefull if you made some apparances or stat tweaks before the update.

I haven't played ML to say for sure, but I think I read somewhere that the CPU won't sign them even though you can

Thanks for the answer Paul, that was the most important for me to know. I don't care to have two Gareth Bale to choose, but if the CPU can.. That would be really shitty.

Perhaps that was the case for PES 2015, and they didn't have changed their "data" system since... Well, PES 3 lol

Sorry to say, but Konami: you f*cking amateuers. One of the most ridiculous company in todays gaming business. Right now I don't give a f*ck if they go bankrupt. How can they mess with their customers all the time???

I am really upset. Investing so much time in getting things right they are not capable of and once the update comes, too much things are screwed up.
