is there a way of doing this without deleting my saved games etc?
So move rather than copy from xbox 1st?

if you moved it all to usb/xtaf first then delete from xbox...
then within xtaf delete the files you need (old unifomr) then import new uniforms. but i really dont think its a problem with what your doing. The full number of uniform files dont seem to be downloading over!?

This 1st time i done it i did delete the 00000001 file and injected a new file so i suppose it cant be the problem. Keep us posted guys, you are doing great job!

Great work. The only way I can get Pes to load OF is if i use your 2010 one.
Copying 2011 on to my xbox HD creates a secondary folder, that looks like the original 2011 game folder (where my system and install is)
So pes can't see the second folder to load the teams in automatically as normal, it didnt say replace when copying, it just creates another Pes save folder??,
i have to load last years OF in load old data to get anything!
any advice?

Just find your own way to delete the file you dont need.
Can you see the Black Chelsea away kit.?
I am playing pes 11
i have downloaded your file, its on a memory card like last year.
i had loaded 2010 file from the menu when i got the game, to do over the weekend. that worked loading last years.
I deleted everything and started again. on my xbox hd, two PES 11 folders are present once i copy your files from the card. The other being when i created a system, and the install game. 2011

I can understand the difficult situation your in to cut some teams, and save others. Your're never going to please everyone!
My opinion is to try keep the teams who are 'best known'. Therefore these would be the teams with a combination of Premiership and recent success.
The 6 teams i would personally cut:
Millwall
Doncaster
Barnsley
Scunthorpe
Swansea
Bristol City
Those are the 6 that immediatly jump out to me as the least established teams in the league.
Id also consider chopping Portsmouth as they basically dont even have a squad, and may cease to exist in a couple of weeks!

I like that list but Swanseas logo was good and thats all it has going for it at the moment..

Ok..
Sounds like you did the import prequel data option..
Now what you need to do is..
erase the system and edit data files..
Load up the game and create a save..
go into edit mode and create a logo for the kits... (any scribble will do.)
Save it..
Now come out of your game into the xbox dashboard..
Copy the PES 2011 folder into your memory card..
You should see 1 edit data and 1 uniform data that you just created..
Now you have the folder you need to transfer my data to...
Copy my files into that folder and get back to me pls...
You should keep in some of your favourite logos etc, as it is you doing the work so more enjoyment you can get out of it the better! Perhaps consider changing Swansea for Portsmouth in that list?
Its obviously no offence to any fans of those teams, but i think most football fans outside the Championship would generally agree with them.
How do you go about making the stats for the players? Some kind of FM to pro evo stat conversion tool?
