Neymar is in one of the player packs in the pes shop. I think it's random which players you get but each pack is 40 credits. You can get easy credits playing competitions online as you get 50 for every 5 minute match in the knockout stage.

This option file is just for xbox and wont work for pc.
There is a section here called completed files and there should be some pc option files.
Iv got a few more questions to puzzle your brain again lol, sorry.
Iv just ordered a USB so im going to transfer the files myself, however i will more than likely donate some £ to your PayPal once im all sorted.
The problem i have is that although that USB tutorial you have posted with the option file (That tells you how to download to USB and put on your Xbox 360) is kinda out of date. That was for PES 2010 and from what i can see the USB explorer is totally different now (Updated Version) to the one displayed on that post and it is misleading. Will somebody be kind enough to do one uptodate for the new option files coming out? It would just make life so much easier for people like me.
Secondly, way back in my PES6 PS2 editing days the big thing that really used to bug me was duplicate players that would somehow find themselves in the "Extra Players and Classic Players sections" it was very time consuming to overwrite them with different new uptodate players. Can you confirm you have gone through the option file an fixed all the dupe players? Because there is nothing worse than finding the same player twice in the master league under the same or fake name.
and finally, have you put all the right players into the unlicensed national teams? and have you edited the fake players in those teams into new extra players? For instance Wales. Or have you assigned the players you have created for edited teams like for instance "Bellamy for Cardiff" into the Wales squad?
as long as there are no duplicate players and the player names are corrected (Classic team/players and the other classic players) you have a donation from me.
£10 sound alright? Dont forget iv got a few others who may even buy the USB of you. Or if they buy a USB themselves to tranfer it manually, im sure they will donate some also.
Alot of HARD WORK, time and effort goes into these option files. I remember when i used to do PES6, it felt like you did nothing else bar editing teams on a computer game. But i suppose its worth it in the end.
Cant wait for the new option files!

Belasie I think is Bellamys fake on the Wales team.
I used to replace all those fake players in the international teams with new around the world not in-game talent and put them into the extra players section without a club (That is if the club wasnt in the game)
Then put players onto the correct national teams. So now you have created the Cardiff team put the likes of the Bellamy you created for that team onto the Wales squad. I know it is complicated, but everylittle helps and its normally the little detailed things that show just how much effort and will was put into it throughout.
Obviously you have for instance "Beck" on the Wales team which is Gareth Bale, so what id do there is edit "Beck" into a different player then put the licensed Bale from Tottenham onto the Wales squad so on and so forth.
This is the only way to stop the duplicate players from creeping in, provided its done right, nobody will tell the difference from FIFA to PES.
I hope im not pushing you into doing things (and im NOT Welsh! LOL, im just using them as an example) if you could go through these things with a fine tooth comb your option file will benefit so so much.
(PS. Whats the deal with the "Shop" items? Will they be unlocked, locked or will there be points to buy everything?)

Basically what I do when creating a team is I look 1st to get him from the international selections and then I use him.
If he isnt in the game then I create him from scratch.
Im not putting international players in the starting linups so I wouldnt put the created Bellamy into the wales squad..
only issue is that im doing the fake names last and should have really done them 1st..
for example if it turns out that ballamy is in the wals squad with a different name then when I correct the name we will have 2 Bellamys.
I would then erase the one I created.
for teams like Stutgart andWolfsburg, half the team are internationals so it means less to create.
I need to double check with Macheda to see if he checked to see if the players were in the game 1st before creating them.?

Hi Daymos this is the first PES that I have used your option file on so I'm not sure whether you update player hairstyles. Konami are pretty lazy with updating the styles once they've created a player so I've done these. Would be great if you could add them to your OF so we don't have to do them again each time we update;
