I urge all to carry on playing the game as I wont be able to set any date..
without sounding anal.. it will be ready when its finished..
that means edit by edit when I choose or have time..
To get this file out on launch day I worked all summer on PES2011 and when I got PES2012 a few weeks early, I took time off work and worked 20 hours per day editing PES virtually ignoring my missus and 2 kids in that time.. so this file has cost me and will continue to cost me in more irreplacable ways then money.
When I take time off work I dont get paid but out of 15000 FREE downloads for my file, Ive recieved approx £15 in total from under 10 nice people who I salute.
Those of you who have either helped with formations or pictures etc or those who have donated or even those who have purchaced one of my USB's are top class and your actions are have very much been appreciated.
I even appreciate those who may not have contributed but are genuwinley happy with my work (although its not perfect).
I had my first di@khead on ebay last week and he wanted a refund because his nottingham forrest wasnt perfect.. he said he had arranged a nite for his mates to play PES2012 but because the squads were not up to his level of scratch, he had to "cancel" his games night..
I offered to update his file that day but his was too pig ignorant and wanted a refund.. I was like although you've reiceved the USB and you've installed it and it works fine..
Id gladly refund you once you send the file back because people like that dont deserve my updates especially with the lack of understanding in what it means to have a file of this magnitude on the Xbox360 in October/november the ungreaful bastard..
He thinks there are 100's of Npower files on the 360 that are the same and its evident he does not visit these forums.
Anyway Ive got his name and if he tries to order v2 which i suspect he will, I will cancel the order and block him..
Back to the v2 release date..
This isnt a dig at Steve BTW but ive been asked this question alot over the last week and you just reminded me to write what ive been thinking all week.
so when will this file be out..?
Best case scenario
If 1/10 of those 15000 plus freeloaders were kind enough to donate £1 each I could take a week off work, sleep properly and not ignore my loved ones.. then have this ready within a week or 2..
however I know how this story goes...
I will continue to make a few international kits per night when all is alseep but not every night until (I sometimes like to play the game) all is updated.
Once the base is fully complete then I will import/ export the bundesliga, npower and Portuguise teams (for the 3 versions) but I have to make sure no duplicates are created in the process.
Those who are kind enough to donate what they feel this file is worth will recieve a copy of the work n progress file starting next week (if they ask for it in the paypal link) and those who have ordered USB's will get the most recient copy and then ill send them my easy install email to update their USB's
When the file is totally complete and all the USB people have been looked after as promised then ill release this file for all.
Im seriously not saying this hoping for donations and id go as far as say, if you wanted to donate to fund the cause then please dont feel compelled to donate any large amounts.. IM SERIOUS..
Id be happy if every person who downloaded FREE donated just 10p as opposed to 1 or 2 people donating large.
Some may get upset but it may become my next move just to fund me the time to work on it 100% without it affecting my life..
I spent hours just doing the belgium kits as I had to draw on the shirt intil it was right.. Ps3 could just get a template and import in 30 seconds..
PEs creatort will never understand how time consuming Xbox editing is which is why they say things like it should all be done for FREE..
If it took me 30 seconds to import someone elses template then id agree with you 100% but since it takes me 2-3 hours to create a couple of my own templates by hand then you can go and suck one lol (he knows who he is)
