Dead Rising (360)

If you are the kind of guy that likes to just muck around in GTA for a few hours, drive around and enjoy the scenery or getting chased by the feds...then you have to get it.

I played Dead Rising today for a while. I loved it.

On starting the game, when in the Heli and youre talking to the Pilot and then you take pictures of the streets and the Chaos around, I knew that Id get into it and enjoy.

Im also wary of the fact that It may be played out soon, so saying as my brothers mate brought over his 360, I stopped playing it so that way I can be careful enough to enjoy the game when I buy it for myself. Possibly in the next month or so...

... The graphics were really good and on first entering the mall, I got my first glimpse of the Zombies up close (when people are barracading the door) and so I messed about for a second or two, just for that old four-eyed bitch to open the main doors to go after her faggot dog, thereby letting in the Zombies... Alot of them and there was very little space to run into to get by the Zombie in order to make it up the stairs. I had only stayed on playing for a while after this, messing about so I could keep the missions when I have my own copy.

The weapons. Ive used a-lot of weapons... Baseball bats, pipes, sledgehammers, paint cans, buckets, propaine tanks, benches, childrens swords, dishes, Cds, flower pots, boomerangs, golf clubs/balls, bowling balls, footballs, a pistol, chainsaws. Many of wepons in this game, you can even use a skateboard and a bike as means of travel and weaponery. My favourite so far is the Sledgehammer.

Also, the lawn-mower is on another level :laugh:

Aye, wait til you get the motorbike or the car, shotguns, sniper -rifles, machine guns, katana swords, battle axes, jackhammer drills and the many other awesome weapons when you go through the game.

Get yourself to the Noth Plaza if you want any of the above (apart from maybe the battle axe, which can be found in the Entrance Plaza if you look hard enough). It's quite difficult this place though as the halls are quite narrow and theres a shit load of Zombies here, but when you get acess to the Huntin' Stack after defeating the mad man Cletus, you'll have a laugh blowing up some Zombie head.

has any one been through the underground tunnels yet? I saw a vid of some bloke driving through and they are filled with zombies it looks like chaos in there. going through on foot would be hard I guess but a challenge I'll be trying when I get my 360 and dead rising.

Does it take long in the game to get to the Gun Shop, if there is one?

No, you can get to it straight away if you want, after you first come out of the Security Room. As you come out of the doors of the Paradise Plaza abd into the Leisure Park, have a look at your map and head up to the North Plaza. It's down a little corridor thats full of Zombies and when you do get to it, make sure you've got plenty of health items and a couple of handguns.......Cletus is a twat to kill.

I have a 42" LCD Sharp Aquos, bought it just for my 360, cause I plugged it at first to a regular 32" flat screen Sharp (love Sharp TVs) and didnt look as good as it should, HDTV really makes a difference when playing a x360 game.
