This all sounds really promising!! :)

The only thing I'm finding confusing is why Konami released the sub-par PES 2010 demo just days b4 releasing the (by the sounds of it) far superior WE 2010 demo?

Why didn't they just release one main demo a few days later than PES 2010 demo?

I don't understand why people are saying the saying the WE 2010 is so much better, when it really isn't. The pace and reaction times are only slightly faster, it's still a disappointing demo for me.

just seen the ronaldinho animation where he passes the ball without looking. Thought that was a nice touch to the game. Not sure if it was in any other pes.

Then what exactly do you want? it's a disappointing demo for you but not for us, why not you just shut the hell up and go play your FIFA! At least Konami did improve something, guys like you are either so hard to please or have high expectation on what Konami will deliver? Jeez...

The great thing im noticing in the WE demo is the kaka's and messi's are propa good. They do loads of skill moves and somehow manage to run through my entire defence. Especially messi. Its like im playing a cocky human.

I'm really glad the keepers are a lot better in the WE build. I found this footage of mo-cap sessions for the PES2010 demo however.

Because they skipped marketing class :tongue:

Nice gameplay video btw. Good showcase of the new animations. I especially like the new gk kick one. Still not silky smooth like Fifa's so I hope they add a lot more b4 release.

Thanks for the vid, one problem though is that players still pivot on the spot without actually moving their legs (spinning like a top). Hopefully that's fixed in the full game, it looks a bit ick.

I don't like Fifa, infact i hate it. What do i want you say? I want a decent footy game just like the rest of us and this is not what the both demo's (WE and PES) are showing 'ME'. Are you really saying that the demo is a significant improvement over PES 2009? And please tell me what Konami have improved apart from graphics? Don't get me wrong i'm still hoping that the final game will be very different and an improvement on the demo.

I think WE demo is really good, still 20 odd days to go till its released i think its going to be a top footie game this year. Most of my mates are getting fifa but this year im getting pes. The shooting and the weight of the ball is just so much better than fifa. And the fact that you have to pass more than 5 times to score a goal from end to end... WHY HAVE THE FIFA FANS NOT NOTICED THIS!? I CAN SCORE IN 5 PASSES THE SAME GOAL EVERY TIME!!!! its crap and aimed at the masses who like doing skill moves and not playing real football!? how many skills to you see in the Premier League each week????:no:

The WE demo is really good. Gameplay is a bit sharper, graphics look the same TBH but didnt actually expect it too change. However, the best thing about it is the choice of music, much better than PES! None of that "what did you have for lunch, i had crisps" crap!!!

I mean even the generic stuff before was bad so i wouldnt even want that either!

Such classics as "Football, SOCKAAAA" sung by some sort of ozzie and "Dubby dubby dub, du-dub dub dubby dubby dub, oo OO OO OOOOOOO" I really hope i dont hear them again! :erm:

can your own music be used on an XBOX360?

They really need to bring out a greatest hits of PES menu music. :huh:

I don't own a 360 so I can't comment. I'd imagine it being highly unlikely, on either console. A shame. Menu music shall be on mute. :cool:

I played the WE Demo and there is a slight difference. Both seem the same but play a few games and you can see and feel a difference, whether its a good or bad difference I dont know, but yh there is a difference.

At the moment i'm in love with PES2010 so it does'nt bother me whether WE Demo is better because I know improvements will be made in the final retail code.
