If anyone can get concrete evidence that it DOESNT overwrite any edited data, ill be happy to start now believe me guys. But you must understand it takes time and i dont really want to see it all erased.
ANYONE WITH GAME
-in pes09 can you revert to default data? i would suspect the update will overwrite the default system OF, leaving edited OF alone.
-can you import certain elements from different OF, like data management in the old pes games?

REMEMEBER when you go online it defaults to the original oF,this must be the one they update..

You can import only 40 badges but unlimited kit logo's and player faces

nothing quite works properly, I've managed to fill in some of the gap but not all. did manage to get the grey bit across the back of the shoulders as well tho

Only done Arsenal, Chelsea, Villa, Blackburn, Bolton kits so far - but working on the rest tonight ready for my 6 player Pro Evo marathon tomorrow!

hopefully arsenald that it will be a new feature on the 360 version maybe they have been reading this thread!

I don't think the updates will do anything to ur option file! sure the teams like athletico etc wud but not changing names and transfering players! sure everything will ok!

if ur wondering where brownus is he has got PES 2009 lucky sod lol

Anyone got any ideas about the champions league update? know there r more teams added to the champions league mode! but are they adding champions league arm badges?

I would agree with Trilogy guys!!!

As long as the images of kits and emblems are available, then people can edit as and when they wish!!

It really is alot of work for you guys anyway, and possibly for nothing.

BUT... I still cant get the images from my PC to my PS3.

AND ARSENALD, reference to your earlier question.... No, I do NOT get a "Display All" option when I press triangle in PS3. Sorry.

BTW my PS3 is Currently downloading an UPDATE version 1.10. Do you think this might have some significance?

Iv downloaded the badges, sponsers etc an put them in my game. They really are outstanding.
I have one question though!
Where are the kit templates that have been used so that I dont have to use PES 09 default kits? I mean sleeves etc because on the pics uploaded by users they're done, but when I put the crest etc on, the Arsenal, Villa kits still has the white line across the chest.
Pleaseeeeee help!

that one you have to do yourself... :) its not that hard to be honest.. just look at the real kit and copy it

i would think it will mess the option file up, im going to wait and see before i edit anything, ill just be happy to get the game lol.

Finished the EPL kits last night - have to say, a lot of them look f'ing amazing. Won't be able to post any pics today but I will give you some of the formulas for the ones I have got pretty much 100% to help with the file over the weekend if you like.

With some updated pngs you will be able to get more shirts closer to the original too (e.g Everton away/West Ham away with the stripes across the collarbones)

Yup, the kit png sizes a bit too big. But never the less awesome, as you can make them smaller in the game. It's hard but managable.:crymore: Just leave logo on shirt to compare size and placing.

im trying to get the files on my PS3 using my PSP. But its just not working, its not picking up on the "PHOTO" folder I created.

weird i'm pretty sure that's kinda how they did it last year.. i'm 99% sure.. it was pretty close to this method.. but hey i'm no expert editor sooo i won't argue it much :)
