Eredivisie league Bug ??

Does anyone noticed that it is impossible to play The Eredivisie league ? When I try it appears the UCL instead.

- There is no bug for the Eredivisie. You can play the Eredivisie just fine, alongside the Dutch Cup and the UEFA Cup competitions within League Mode.

Seriously? I haven't bothered to play the Eredivisie yet but I'm surprised no-one else has flagged this up if this the case.

Just pick a team that is not qualified for the UCL and you´ll be playing the eredivisie league only.

Still weird though that you must play the UCL, even if you only want to play the league without any cups. Did not see an option to disable cup competition anywhere.

Thanks Chriskit for the clarification. I got to play with Ajax and my first match was in the UCL.

Oh, I understand now ... playing UCL as part of the league format sounds pretty cool to me to be honest, I've no issue with that. It's a nice edition to give the league format some extra life

I wasn´t complaining. I was just surprised that you cannot turn off cup competitions in league mode. Not everyone wants to play the cups when playing a specific league. I think it should at least be an option, but nevertheless i do like the fact that they implemented the UCL and the local cup in league mode.
