So for the ingame national teams there are some players which have original face now, i had edited the faces before and now i have resetted because they have preset faces.

Also for some players in the teams i added, there where no original boots in the game so i just took random - with DP3 many new boots came in the game and i updated many.

Faroe Islands is already uploaded since a long time

Only left Malta, Azerbaijan and Macedonia - also Montenegro but i received export from T.Fuchs so here is just a little bit overwork and will be no problem.

I do Europe and Europe NON-FIFA the same time. All in all, Europe will be definitely complete until sunday, also with the european NON-FIFA Countries, where only Monaco, Greenland, Aland Islands, Guernsey and Alderney are left (the others are finished but not all uploaded yet)

when this is finished, i translate all country names in different languages and provide to download. After that, finish all ingame nations (just little work) and upload.... so next week starting with Africa.

My plan was europe will be finished until end of february, will be a little earlier, but i think for africa there are much more teams to edit so that won't go so quickly.

yeah it is. I always take time. If i would not, i could make 3,4 teams each day but i don't think that would be good, i really take time for each single player, also looking which boots does he wear, i compare the attributes that i gave the players also very much with the values they have for example in FIFA if they are in the game and so on. It is important for me to take that time because this way things getting closer to reality.

- i got told that it is possible to upload 2048x2048 kits as S kits, and use them without quality loss. This will not solve PES image import problem but at least it makes some more slots for uploading kits.

- i have Azerbaijan nearly finished and also startet with Malta, we really come to an end for europe in the next days.

- i also started translating team names, as soon as i am finished with all teams i also finish translating - for the beginning, the teams will be available in german, english, spanish and portuguese. Maybe if there's interest i'll add italian and russian at a later point, at least i will think about that.

Oh, I didn't know we could import 2048x2048 kits as S kits. I though we had to convert the kits to 1024x1024 before importing. I'll compare both options to see if there is a big difference.

i guess the only difference will be that you can not upload as many kits as when you scale down to S size because limitation will (imho) not depend on number of images but on file size.

Well, I compared two things:

1st: Downscale to 1024x1024 using paint.net and then upload it in the game as a small kit.

2nd: Use the original 2048x2048 kit file but upload it on the game as a small kit instead of a "big" kit.

The image below pretty much talks by itself. The difference is barely non-existant (completly non-existant for me...), I don't know if someone who has Ps4 pro/4k tv notices some difference, but as I have a ps4 slim 1tb and a normal TV I can't answer that.

Of course if I upload the 2048x kit as a "big" kit, the quality would be much better, but I prefer to have plenty of kits with this quality (which is good enough for me) than few kits with high quality. Thus, when you're playing a match the difference is not noticeable.
