is there any other way to do that without Excel?
you can do it in ps4, only pc or ps3 or x360
the excel editor is for other things, yes you can change id but dont do nothing is the team dont exist in team.bin

you already tried changing ID? I just wondered because the IDs are there and i can remember in older PES games it was possible to unlock hidden teams via Editor and other tools, on PC.
you can change id but when you try to import give you and error, the only way is edting team.bin but is only posible in pc , ps3 or 360, i add NT to pes 16 in xbox360 that way, in ps4 you can do that sorry

I tried to add a team over one of those ID's (not one of those NT we have here, it was a pes 18 ted file). It crashed the game :laugh: It was too good to be true.
(btw, I don't even know how I have excel. My free trial time ended up almost a month ago, but my Microsoft Office is still working. It asks me to buy it but when I close the pop-up it lets me use it normally. I didn't crack anything :shocking
Just curious, to add/modify teams like that on PES on ps3, does it need to be a "cracked" ps3? I have PES 16 for ps3, but my ps3 is original.
Also, adding teams that way work on PES 2017 PC version, right? My PC wouldn't run PES 18, but I think it can handle PES 2017 on low, since it's old generation. Maybe when I get bored of all PS4 editing (I doubt it, but it can happen :laugh
I give a shot at PC editing.

After some hours messing around with PES 2017 and PES 2018 .bin/.ted file editors, and also taking some inspiration from what [MENTION=227392]ggdaris[/MENTION] has been doing, I have managed to successfully convert a PES 2017 bin file into a PES 2018 ted file.
First, I decrypted the PES 17 bin file with PS4 cripter, then I opened the decrypted file with Ps4 Team export editor, by SMcCutcheon (here: https://pesgalaxy.com/index.php/Thread/6906-PS4-Team-Export-Editor-2-6-by-SMcCutcheon/).
There, I pressed "Copy edited data to Hex editor" (or something like that). Then, I pasted it on HxD and, instead of saving in bin file (like PES 17 files), I saved it as a TED file.
Then I opened this ted file on PES 18 editor by SMcCutcheon (here: https://www.evo-web.co.uk/threads/t...v1-1-ted-file-extractor-by-smccutcheon.78049/). Surprisingly, it worked
I had to fix the names of the players (the same problem that ggdaris first export had).
After this, I copied the edited data, but I wasn't able to paste it on HxD. Turns out, you CAN'T leave the "Team Commentary name" (the name of the city, like "London", "Chelsea", etc.) in blank. If you do not want any, write in "Default". After I did that, it worked with no problem. I was able to copy and paste on HxD. Saved it as a ted file and encrypted.
Then, I tried to import it in-game, but it was giving me an error "This data is from other version" or something like that. However, I found a workaround: Load any other ted file made for PES 2018 on the editor (I just loaded a Bayern Munchen file from other OF), then load the file you are converting on the option "load 2nd ted file" (or something like that), and press the 2 buttons to "copy team details" and "copy player data". Copied again to HxD, saved it as a ted file, encrypted it, threw it on my USB stick and plugged it on my ps4. You know what? It worked!! (and the Bayern Munchen players were still intact, so I think it doesn't matter what export you use as a "base" to use "2nd Ted file" option, because players and team ID are changed along with the rest of the data you apply)

This needs more extensive testing, I only tested with one team. I don't know if this method has bugs or problems. Please tell me if you find any.
So, for short:

5- Copy to HxD, save as a new .ted file, encrypt it with Panos' Encrypt/Decrypt tool, put it on your USB Stick and import it in game
If anyone wants a more detailed tutorial, maybe I could write one later, perhaps with some images? (I'll only do the tutorial when I am sure there's a method without problems, so far so good but it still needs more testing)

I also played other games recently (The Crew, for example)Just asking, what kind of errors? How bad are they? :unsure: Still, I can do base-copy of the players (I'll use some players of Greenland NT to make B-67 Nuuk later, if Speckkopf doesn't mind :laugh

Ok you were right about the errors, I was trying to convert Curaçao and somehow I can't do it. Maybe I got lucky with Greenland, idk. I think I'll wait for your tutorial

It's still many months until PES 19 releases, so time enough for Adam Bhatti and his crew to lend us guys an ear, when i look on PES 2018 area on that forum seeing how many leagues i could have ingame, how many brillant editors there are, it really annoys me that they limit us in that way. It's also Sony's fault, because you are even more limited on PS4, why they don't allow us to import sound files, and why we can't decrypt edited data file that would give us way more options in editing.

I agree with you. Pro Evolution Soccer has so much potential. Konami could do a game that's much better than FIFA with 50x less money that EA has, but they keep dissapointing.

when i compare BAL mode with FIFA's player career, BAL is 100x better because it has all the things i really missed in FIFA.
also the gameplay itself with all the controls, and tactical settings. When i make tactical settings on FIFA, the KI does not really take them for serious. It annoys me, always the CMs and DMs go attacking and the wing forwards are nowhere, no matter which settings i take. In PES that is much better, the players are more intelligent. FIFA is better in stadium atmosphere, when you look at the crowd and after a goal or a substitution you here the announcer in the stadium accouncing the goal and the substitution, there are things PES can learn from FIFA but when we just talk about the football game, PES has much more potential.
And PES has it's biggest benefit, a great community, which makes licenses and money forgotten, but we would also need the possibility to bring in all of our content without hard decisions, like for me that year the really hard decision betweetn J-League and CSL, why not both?
I really really hope they make things better in the future, i want PES to be the perfect football game because it can be, and FIFA can never be although it also has his positive things where they are better then PES.

Yes, I can't complain much of gameplay, only need some more fouls. Something else that I am missing is the hand ball fouls, they don't exist.
What I mean is adding things that don't cost any money, like more leagues to edit, more diverse generic (and real) stadiums, more options / more freedoom, etc...

yep, that are things which don't need much. A stadium editor would be great for example. Maybe one day you can say forget about all licenses, i think it's not worth the money if you pay millions of € and $ to have Dortmund and Liverpool licensed when you don't have the whole league. Community will do it anyway.
