Faces issue for latest dlc

Nico I hear you. Love PES, but the game is plagued with flaws. No injuries or penalties, 1 or 2. Hidden content shit. Outdated editing and DLC's that always fuck up OF. Moderators pardon my language. So yeah Nico I am as well tired of Adam B, KONAMI and their bullshit year after year.

How do you recognize if we have face issues ?
In Edit Mode, Modify Player ?
Or, only in game ?

By my side, I didn't make Direct Live Update since several weeks.
Perhaps my game isn't contaminated.
But, without Direct Live updates, no winter transfers :angry:

In ML. I had friendly Italy vs B and H, I checked their squad and Ibisevic had generic face. That's when I did all that and noticed that there is a problem.

For me the problem also only shows up in ML. When I go to edit mode all faces look fine, but when I play matches in ML there are always players with the generic face..

Issue I am having - I go into edit, Ebisevic is generic, so I check his boots and they are showing as Adidas (edited by me). I click on them and sure light blue Adidas and as soon as I do his face reverts to edited version. Go back, save and all is good. Return to edit to check - boom generic again and it started to happen after DLC 3.0

I have just applied live update. I seen some brazilian players with those default faces, but the parameters/formula is there. You just need to make something to force the game to "update" his face, like changing a parameter, for example...

I only saw this in Brazil league, not on anywhere else, but I didn't search very deep, anyone else knows what players might be changed now? Not sure about national teams, I didn't update national teams when I applied DLC 3.0. I also have vialli's national teams OF, he has changed player faces, maybe because of that I might not have clones in NTs? I haven't installed a OF for Brazileirão/Brazil league, I'll have to try it out.

Seriously? I haven't checked that yet, I saved but I didn't go back to see if they weren't reverted (I didn't have much time for PS4, busy with other things lately), please check it for me :blush:

There is bug after DLC 3.0, a lot of generic faces and I tried to fix them, but they keep resetting to generic.

Update: downloaded uefa and fifa youth teams, imported them into a game over classic teams. It imported fine, however faces, bodies and boots were showing as classic players that I had in the game from prior import. I went to change the boots and when I did that the players changed to actual youth imports, but when I went to play exhibition match with them 99% of the players had generic look. So DLC or live update created a bug causing this mess.

Yes, unfortunately, players keep reseting. I tried playing with those brazilian teams and they reseted to generic faces.
They really need to fix this crap.

What a load of horseshit "keep an eye out." As soon as people reported this issue KONAMI should have issued a patch to fix it. I bet my balls it was editing bug that uploaded with DLC 3.0 and here we are two weeks later nothing is fixed. I seen you guys did 'Rumors for PES 2019', if shit like this is happening on yearly bases just wait and see and don't listen to Adam B saying what a "gem" 2019 will be. They are fucking liars.

I've modded every Brasileirao player's faces, and tried with A. MINEIRO.
The issue is more complex than i thinked

-On the first Exhibition match, it was only LUAN having a standard face while he's edited on Edit mode....
-I've quited the match, changed nothing at all. And in the next game, every players was reset to their default appearance... I really don't undestand what's going on neither.

I've retried by closing the PES apps, and re-do the same exact thing.
And similar issue > Luan standard face 1st match, i quit the match to the Principal Menu, restarting another match and bam every players standardised.

Nothing sounds logic.

this bug is like a virus ! I don't want to defend Konami but i wonder how they will do to fix it.
And i'm pretty sure that all the faces i created on these players won't come back :(

Unfortunately this bug is the fake national team players.
Look at this Peralta edited face in the edit mode : And his face in the game :
There is only one single solution onto him these players clone is needed if you want to use them in the game.And to this only free agent not fake you can make use of players only.

This is why I have gone back to PES 2017 and have updated the squads myself.
Better Legends (in my opinion), better gameplay (no bugs that I know of).
The face editor isn't as good as PES 2018 but... that's okay.
