nah it is 98. I like using him at the beggining, then sorta dump him later. He can play center, and i do that when im up against a very fast att. (eg, martins). Another freakin fast defender i use against my friends but not in ML (too old) is Ivan cordoba. acceleration-96 and also 85 dribbling speed. very good for a center back. but his best stat is his jump-99.

Think at the start of master league some fast players are martins, eto, ondonkor and robinho.
But after a few seasons on master league is gota be either rooney, walcott or messi. Zoro is a pacefull defender aswell!!

Victor Obinna has been insane for my ML side. His speed on the ball was a major reason Filip Djordjevic scored 110 goals last season (all competitions). Unstoppable.

Well technically Martins is the quickest given that he has 99 for both speed and acceleration. Though I can't remember what his Dribble Speed is which makes a big difference when on the ball.

Quaresma becomes pretty quick, I think he's 30 for me now and has 97 top speed and acceleration. Obviously Martins is the quickest, but I believe Lennon and Walcott would have come close to his speed if I kept them long enough to develop. Orrellano looks set to hit the high nineties for speed too.

Walcotts speed after 2 years is amazing
he is outstanding on the ball
i would buy him over messi because Walcott for me developed much quicker than messi, but i bought messi aswell, and he is great. If you can BUY BOTH!

Odonkor is very quick and so is theo walcott especialy after a few seasons he gets alot quicker.
Most players can be trained into being fast you uast haev to wait a while
