the game looks real good. Off the top of my head, here are my good points and bad points:

Good Points
-Advantage Rule
-Free kicks (low drives, etc.)
-Players no longer getting in the way of passes
-Showing of the team kits pre-match
-some new commentary dialogue
-refree earpiece and the toning down of giving out cards
-ball control (bringing the ball down)
-defender clearances
-goalkeeper's kit
-new cleats

Bad Points
-some texts are a bit off (i think they'll still fix this).
-some players don't have a menu shot of their face. Ex. Muniesa, Ben Arfa (I think they'll fix this too).
-the cut back is not as effective as it used to be in 09 (used this a lot)
-still getting use to the player jostling, but looks good when I scored a goal after a very long jostle for the ball

*Well what do you know: more good points than bad. Way 2 go FIFA.

I know :S It will only stop all the cunts online who but it back, a lot of the players would only be able to score this way - so it's a big step in the right direction in my eyes, as it will make playing online less annoying and more competitive for sure.

I haven't really noticed this change as I rarely cut back, but when I played the ball across the box to my striker on it the other day, he sort of scuffed it into the corner, with the GK just about missing it.

^One twos seems the best way to take on defenders because again. dribbling is not effective enough, even against chicago fire's defence.

are you serious? dribbling is VERY effectiive now if you do it properly, you can even take on the keeper 1 on 1.

I'm surprised everyone thinks the long range shooting is good I've barely hit the target from distance, always goes sky high or just miles away - even with players such as Lampard or Del Piero

On the 360 we've got wembley during the day, whereas yours looks like either the same stadium or a different one with a dusk setting.

As said in the MSN message (if you got it...you went offline before I sent) Cech's stats are messed up on it, so a shot like that would normally be easily saved.

His positioning is set to 1, if I recall. :/

Yes you can beat goalkeepers now finally but not defenders. I mean you cannot dribble like messi does in reality on fifa 09. Because the defenders are way too good and they are almost as fast as you which is not good.



BTW on ps3 we have some stadium at dusk.
Now that explains why I've seen wembley ones on youtube. It's from the X360.

I've played most of my games so far with Bayern and Barca. Chicago are surpisingly good. I expected them to be a walkover, but they always give me a tough game and have even beaten me a couple of times.

I just beat Bayern 3-0 with Juventus :smug:

My best goal was last night, a curling cross from the left that Diego headed in for a 90th-minute equaliser. Really getting used to the analog stick (I've rejected the move in both PES and FIFA previously) too. Makes for far easier crossing than the D-Pad as the curl on crosses is far, far more natural for me this way.

I just wonder if PES will feel the same using the analog stick.

Nobody plays FIFA on PC, especially on this forum. It must be through the Instant Replay option after a goal.

Nah mate, that's from my PS3. Need to go set up your account at EA.com. Then when in the replay it gives you an option to upload.

Yup it's like 3 builds old, let's face it, PES hasn't got much of a chance this year.

How do you actually dummy shot properly on FIFA? I know it's shoot (circle) then pass (x), but I can never seem to do it right. Only doing it once or twice by accident. I have zero idea how to dribble effectively either.I don't get why they make things like that complicated, but make through balls and lobs overly simple. Maybe I'm just too used to PES and it's responsive controls.
