Won the 2019 Champions League 
On the sixth attempt, I finally won a semi-final, beating Juve on away goals, and despite quite a few injuries, I beat Milan 1-0 in the final thanks to the glorious Aquino My first trophy, and in the league I ended up with 90 points or so, but still couldn't get near Milan who have gone over 50 unbeaten in Serie A.
I am now hardly buying any first team players. In the past two years I have signed one regen who will slot straight in on the right wing, and one backup left back who is crap and I hope to never use. Plus I sold my sub striker and replaced him with a better, cheaper one.
I get the problem if I leave the game for five minutes to go get something to eat. When I come back it is slow for a minute or so, is that it?

for some odd reason, my game lags on the odd occasion when I have nothing else running.

I've been an idiot, I've frigged about trying to get Juan Manuel Torres from San Lorenzo only for him to fail to get a permit. Meaning, I'm going to have to do something special in the last few days in order to get a good DM in, James Wesolowski or Dan Alexa seem favourite at the moment.
Might try and loan someone in until January, then have a proper hunt.
Oh and Lubos Kalouda's out for 5 months. :angry:

Link for the UPDATED version of 8.0.2 patch which fixes the Defoe bug, as well as the bug of Some Turkish top teams going into administration.
The Defoe bug is Tottenham become very rich, and Portsmouth poor, in the first season where for every game he plays in the premiership, one million pounds goes to Tottenham. :huh:
P.S. If you want to be rich play as Tottenham. :tongue: (Before you apply the Updated 8.0.2 though)

Went Ipswich, I'm currently 3rd(can go second with a win).
I have the highest GD in the league, and have been doing well considering the pundits expectations of the season for me.
I just beat Sheff United 3-2, I was 3-0 up. I have a habbit of throwing away good leads, it's quite annoying.
Miguel Vuoso has been an excellent signing for me, as had Howard from Barnsley. I'm aiming for playoffs, but if I make automatic, I'll take it.
Highlight of the season so far has been a 4-1 thrashing of West Ham in the League Cup.

Just beat Milan at the San Siro to go five points clear in January. After four games, I had only won one, and they were all games I would've expected to win, so I should be much further ahead. Still, I think I could finally win the Serie A this season
I never pay any of my staff, whoever they are, more than £1k a week. So basically, I sign good unknown staff from shit lowly teams or unemployed nobodies. They all have five years at the club, before they demand silly money and I tell them to fuck off.

Yea, if I was at a lower club I would be more careful, but I'm Liverpool, got a balance of like 110m ATM, and making ridiculous profits of like 40m a season at the least lol.
EG On my Alfreton game, I'm a lot more cautious to wages.
Nath, is he worth buying in my first season ? I could use someone else upfront with Vuoso for Ipswich.
I'm having a pretty good season, 2nd atm and away to Colchester here we come, my problem is I'm throwing away good leads, despite having a pretty good defence statistically. But, if I get promoted, I'm gonna need to make a lot of changes, because my team dosent have the quality to handle the Premiership.
Any help available lads ?.
