Nick425/Krebstar, you can convert the file with the editor. Instructions are in the help section, it takes minutes. When converting from PES6 to WE2007 some of the preset faces and special hairstyles will get mixed up is all, everything else will be fine.

That can be done in minutes with the pes editor like you say, but I'm sure he's talking about a FULL conversion with faces fixed and all, and for that, you need the game.

i just talked with pategato and he said no more.
The only way is to make a work group and he will help us!

I think he's on holiday and to be fair he said he's not gonna do another OF. Give him time to come back on here and maybe when he sees people are willing to help, he might change his mind and coordinate the file.
Plus there's plenty of time to start working on a update.

I've done some work on my own personal copy of Goalgerd's last file, I'm not bothering with the newly promoted teams or anything. I've just replaced half the German teams with other European clubs (Zenit being one of them.) from various other OFs.

It's really just for personal use/fun, I haven't updated the squads as yet, I'm just going through updating kits and picking suitable stadiums for each team.
(I'll upload it, if anyone wants to have a play about on it/tweak it, what ever.)

So to be honest I'm not too fussed about a new OF now, I'll wait and see how things develop when/if Goalgerd comes back on here.

I've updated the EURO 2008 squads on this file now.
Cleaned up the duplicates from before (?), done some in game summer transfers for the 5 main leagues and added Flamengo.
It's not a perfect file by any means but I see no harm in sharing it:

This is a great idea guys, I think we should create an OF team to create an update with summer transfers and promoted teams, I can make any emblem or logos that you need.

I can do every update except for logos and emblems.. but only in for the psv-ps3 version...

I have WE2007, and because of all the screwed faces, I offer my services to create all the kits, even though I would end up with screwed up faces again unless pategato helps us out on that.
I was thinking of getting a team together to work on a PES5/WE9I with the help of pategato, but I had not done it due to final exams and all that stuff. I was thinking of a PES5/WE9I OF because i believe it's more "universal" as the European version and the american version are basically the same, including faces and editing options, but since you guys are up to this I'll join you.
I have created OF's before, well... altered Watson's option file adding the mexican league, so i'm not new to this.
Just let me know, and i'll do all the kits and if you want, i can assign suitable stadiums to every team.

iss72- i think there will not be any problems with the new team you want to add! i palyed your filed yesteday and its great. The idea is make ONE big option file update.

Why don't we make an OF with all the Barclays PL and the Coca Cola Championship (replacing Bundesliga)?
We could put bundes most important teams in "other league" section, replacing zenit, shaktar, etc..
