I wouldn't play it till 29th if i were you. Even if you play it offline when you unlock achievements they'll have timestamps and when you go online on 29th they will know. Not sure if they would care then though... Thought i'd let you know.

Depends on what you mean with difference? You'll get the same game regardless. I expect they know what they are selling so there must be some company with enough copies.
