i get that sometimes too... i just reboot my laptop when that happens... usually it means that ur drive and ur program are not syncing...

Sounds like a problem with your pc or your dvd drive.
I always reset my PC before I burn a new disk. Try that.
And defragmenting your hard disk regularly is also a good idea.

Yea thats what it said. I tried restarting my pc but it still done it. I'm going to defrag my hard disk and see if that works.

Ok I tried defraging and I still got the "Cycle redundancy error" :angry: I don't know what else to try.

hmmm... what program are u using?

u may want to try re-installing or repairing the program and then trying again

I've downloaded DVD-Decrypter, and PPF-omatic.

Then it goes, 'Some PS2s prefer DVD+R so if a DVD-R doesn't work, try that.' which does look like the only possible hitch. I've a DVD±R/RW drive and a re-conditioned v3 PS2.

Are DVD-R discs the most compatible, are any PS2 versions known to favour DVD+R discs?

I'm off to the shops to get some...

Hey, I did everything that the guide says to, but when I try loading the game up in my PS2 I get the red "Please insert a Playstation or Playstation 2 format disc."
My PS2 has two modes, one is DVD and one is PS2 (The mod did that to it) I've tried it in both modes and still nothing works :\ Any ideas?

^ nvm, tried mode 3 lmao..
It's black and white on my TV though so I'll fire this bad boy up in the Front room.. :D:D

i don't quite get it. i patched it with jonboyo's ppf patch. then used dkz studio to apply jayz's patch and created a new 0_text.afs

how do i compile an iso with the new afs file?
or is there another way without compiling new iso. btw, im using nero

never mind.learned to compile iso using nero.

I have a question.

when it says create your original WE 10 ISO, does it mean that it has to be from the 100% original i.e not a pirated version?

can somebody help me this?

I have done everything right, Here's what I did
- Created a clean Iso.
- Opened ppf-o-matic3
- Loaded the Iso
- Loaded the patch
- Presssed "Apply"
- Waited untill it was done
- Burn the patched Iso with dvd decrypter & alcohol 120% trial version and i have use a DVD+R not a DVD-R.

and when i open the file from my computer--> my cd-rom--> i saw that the Type files were in WINRAR archive.

And when i tryed to play on my ps2, it just failed.
And how can i see if i have burned it as a Image.

I just use dvd+r to copy original games and play it on my ps2, i never played a torrent on my ps2. This is my first ps2 torrent.
