It's out today in America. Tomorrow for Europe. However if you pre-ordered off the like of play/amazon you can get lucky and get it a day early.

I had a look at Egg's achievements earlier and it looks like he's nearly completed it. :huh:



He's only playing on normal though, the spud.

some yank on my friends list completed it in a day
i think one of the stupid achievments is that when you complete the game on legendary you get the achievments for normal and heroic
i personnaly am not getting halo 3 this week mabye for christmas purely cause im not really intrested in it

I'm hooked on it mate, graphics are nothing groundbreaking to what some Next Gen has to offer, but the gameplay is absolutely superb.

I'm struggling to put it down, it's so addictive. This is what a shoot 'em up is all about in my opinion, I haven't played BioShock in a while as truth be told I got a bit bored of it, as at times it was trying to be too clever if you will, I will no doubt get back into it, only once I've put this down though.

The weapons, the gameplay, the fast action, this has everything. A must buy if there ever was such a thing.

My brother bought the game at midnight and I have literally just played it - First level wasnt too bad, namely because of the big hammer that I picked up. I havent tried Halo online yet but I might give it a go tomorrow after work.

I wasnt even going to give it a go because these games arent in my taste but Ill see how it goes.

its good that you can have 2 players off the same xbox play online, some really good multi modes i havent really had a chance to get through the campaign

I have a question about Live. Is it possible to join a custom game, and where do you have to go to do it.

Must be the only person in Europe who bought it yesterday and haven't played it yet, prob cos theres a conference at work tomorrow and if i play it tonight i'll be on the sick for a day or two, best save it for saturday...

Alot of people I've talked to have said it's nothing different to Halo 2.

Well for all the hype you would expect some progression I guess. Not that I've played it myself, nor that I will.

It's just Halo 2 with sligtly better graphics, A few more weapons and vechiles. Looking at all my friends gamerscore the campain looks extremely short as alot of people on my friends list have completed it in the first day. Prey had something like 21 levels and took you quite a while to complete.
