Oh, btw, take a look at this kit manufacturer: Dahhan Sports
They have awesome kits: http://dahhansports.com/product-category/country/

But those which probably interest you now are Yemen (still missing) and maybe Palestine (which you already have)

Unfortunately, I've never seen those teams playing with that kits, and they don't even have an away kit, so I guess they are fake. According to this, Yemen and Palestine are playing 22 march, so let's see what kits do they use (I'll try to do Yemen after this game):

Bahamas Kits:
It was hard to find information about this kits... I spend more than 30 minutes only to find the kit provider (Forward Sports). They almost never play football, only some WC qualification matches (the last one was in 2015 I think, for the 2018 WC Qualification, and they lost against Bermuda). They play more Beach Soccer (have you ever imagined if you could play beach soccer in PES? It would be awesome ;) something like the old game Pro Beach Soccer, which, unfortunately, I never had the chance to play)
