lol. Mister Magoo was a cartoon character who wore really thick glasses and the joke was that he couldn't see anything. Real funny! Anyway, Leslie Nielsen (from Naked Gun, etc) did a live action version and that was hilarious too!

Sorry! Not trying to increase posts... Had another idea for PES3. Small but a niggle. When you decide to do a world cup or something. Couldn't you have a default button which would then auto select all the teams who were in WC2002 (or whatever you were doing like Champions league). I know for a fact I got well hacked off having to do this every time I wanted to play from the start (cos as far as I know you can't save until after the first game in a cup compo?)

That's a seriously cool idea. That would prevent people from getting frustrated and being able to ensure they have the World Cup to play in. Good Idea! And I like the referre Idea. Very good. I would love to see the eagle eyed look of Collina, the bloke cracks me up.

You can save the world cup. That's what the Load Cup Info option is for.
If you select that and load your old cup save, it gives you the beginning of the cup with the teams all selected.

I think on default, it gives you the team you originally were but I think you could replace it for someone else.

So you only have to do it once.

Thanks, I never knew that. Well maybe they could implement it without the gamer wasting memory card space?

It's only 140-ish kb. Not too much to ask for considering what it can do.
Plus they can't have the world cup option considering it's an official thing licenced by fifa and all that stuff as well.

Can't they rename it as something else? Does what your saying mean that they don't have the Fifpro license? Or am I jumping to conclusions?

what about a domestic tournament (for british teams only, simply cuz there are so many) or things like that. and then there has to be Player of the Season awards in ML. a mixture of most games, goals and assists and least cards could be done with even PES2. i guess it could work, but then defenders would be missed out due to their lack of goals(generally speaking). i dont know, something like that.

Thanks Zygalski. Hey! How about a much better manual then for PES3? Ok, I don't really read manuals that much (naughty!) but it was a little scant on info.

football game snever really use manuals though, only x=pass, o=chip yadda yadda yadda. id prefer some more dramatic music than the cheesy stuff, like in World Cup 2002, bad game but it was so bloody dramatic!

Gooner, what I was trying to explain is that we all know it's the world cup but they can't call it that so they call it 'international cup'. Which is fair enough.
Same with the European championships.

Is it bad to have more than one kitmaker? Doesn't that mean more kits look accurate? I'd have thought that it's Konami who have a hold on the kitmaker since they pay them.
