It would be great to have it as an unlockable bonus and how about the stats. Vision, strictness, memory, card-happy, accuracy, composure, positioning, ego... it would be great! I don't think it should be there from the beginning as I've always felt that PES didn't have enough unlockables

Not sure if it has been mentioned earlier, but maybe the ability to just jockey, ie: just zone off in defence as opposed to having to jump in and tackle. Useful in counter attacks.

good idea. i like the idea of being able to sheild the ball out of play, bobo balde style. you know? cuz when a player starts to chase a ball, they dont just leave it, they touch it and sometimes it goes out.

I'm sorry to bring referee's up again!

But, I was thinking to myself the other night, why can't KANOMI introdues referees into the actual game opposed to just being seperate screens henever there's a foul. The game would be so much realistic and intence, just like the real thing. Just imagine owen being pulled down in the box, there being a slight delay whilst the Ref consulted the linesman and then he he runs towards the box and points to the spot. Or how about when there a inconspicuous tackle the penelty area and the ref just waves play on. surely that would be better than just hearing the wistle go and the screen changing?

This can't be hard to do, can it. i just feel that its the smaller things in the game that make diference. we all know they've pretty much cracked the gamplay, so why cant they a litlle bit of matchday realism.

p.s. just another thing, does anybody else feel like kicking the tv in whenever you're caught offside by a couple of centimetres. Surley no linesman is that accurate, why can't they make mistakes and errors. They do it all the time in real life, thats KONAMI i trying to acheive after all isn't it???

Lisbon67Seville03, you can make the player leave the ball to run off the pitch. Tap R1+R2 and then you can direct your player away from the ball. If you tried, I guess you could shield it too.

Chappers, apparently the game is supposed to get offsides wrong sometimes to make it more realistic and there are quite a few people who have experienced this. But it is rare.

I would like to see the ref or linesman point in the direction for who the throw ins (and maybe free kicks) are for. This saves having to watch the player jog through the advertising board before spinning around and fading out before you find out.
