I've received another MaxDrive with the same problem.
Only thanks to DobermanD from PESFans I've easily solved the problem!

To FIX THIS:
START
RIGHT MOUSE CLICK "MY COMPUTER"
SELECT "MANAGE"
"DEVICE MANAGER"
Expand "Universal Seriel Bus Controllers"
One of the "USB Mass Storage Device" will be your MaxDrive
To determine which one Right Click each one, select "Properties"
When viewing the properties, Under the general Tab, the Location will be ("Max Memory"), this is your MaxDrive
Select "Driver" Tab
"Update Driver"
"No Not At This Time"
"Install from a List or Specific Location" Click Next
"Dont Search, I will choose the driver to install" Click Next
Select "MaxDrive XBox" Click Next
The Driver wil update
Click "Finish"
You should now be able to start the softawre up and drag files across to the MaxDrive.
Hope it can help anyone with the same problem.
