Hi! Maybe its just the way it is. I think I had these same pixelated beards on PES 2016 as well with older LG tv. The same with my new Samsung tv.
Another interesting thing for me is during replays. Usually players get pixelated themselves, with barely visible shirt number. It gets to very low texture and then back to normal. This is during wide angle, distant camera replays. I am now more or less sure that some beards are pixelated because thats how it is, despite tv or anything else. Its just part of the game. Dont know about replays though, I havent really seen any people talking about it, you are probably the first one I met who noticed this.

Sometimes during replays I can see the grass flickering when it changes colour (light or darkness), like it's gradually loading (it's hard to explain)
I've given up on it. I'll just play it until it starts bothering me and then I'll sell it. Hope for 2018, although I started PES > Fifa, and now I'm actually enjoying Fifa

I got two questions:
#1 Did you try to play Europa League? I am wondering what happens after the group stage? 12 groups, 24 teams are passing, and what about the CL third places? Can I choose them or its random, or how will it be?
#2 MyClub: I wanted to get Joshua Kimmich for my team and even invested GP for a scout, combined with two other scouts it showed me I will get one of those three players: Kimmich (77), Weigl (79) or Geis (79). I ended up getting Julian Weigl but he has only 69 points!! Thats impossible and seems like a great bug... any idea?

#1 Not sure if you mean playing the Europa League as a stand alone comp or as part of the Master League season. If in ML, then top 2 from each group qualify (i.e. 24 teams) plus 8 3rd placed teams from CL. You then have 2 leg knock out round of 32, etc ... In stand alone Europa campaign you can rearrange groups but not sure what happens with last 32. Gut feeling is that you probably can't amend draw.
#2 Not really played much myClub yet, but one of 2 reasons. Either he's playing out of position (at either full back position Weigl will rate as 69) or it's to do with the level he's at. If he has level 1 next to him on the squad page that will be it. He'll then reach 79 by level 30 (if not before) and keep developing after that. pesdb.net has a slider at the bottom to show you how the rating will change at each level.

I had few penalties, not much, but they are there. Probably depends from the style you play, I usually play through wings and try to get into the box as often as I can.
I have one issue with PES 17. I didnt want to create new thread, so maybe it will fit in here, because its a thread about mixed feelings. I dont know if its my tv, if its my ps4, hdmi cable, or if its part of PES graphics, design (like the blur during replays).
I have bought new tv, samsung h6400, all other games like fallout, hitman look great, but I have problem with most of the sports games and especially with PES. I always get lots of blur, especially during Champions League intro, while camera zooms through players, I also get various lines on players beards or goalkeeper back when he is about to kick the ball and various kind of low texture things during replays. So there are three of us now!
Unfortunately no. There is not much that we can do. Playing with all the tv settings did absolutely nothing. Everything is set as it should on my part, all the sharpness, contrast, black levels, resolutions are fine. HDMI cable is also fine, because all other games work great for me. I even tryed to rename my tv input to PC, which gives original image, without any extra tv processing and still - it didnt change anything. Pixelated beard and low texture replays remained. The only solution I can see is some kind of update or investigation by Konami.
Im having same problem with pes17....I just bought a 60" 4k Samsung ku6300 and pes17 looks like shit on it so I decided to go buy a ps4 pro to see if its gonna fix the problem but its still didn't fix nothing but just the pixealtion of the game in general ....players hair is still badly pixelated and even ontop of that pes released a patch they claim makes the game compatible with ps4 pro but that didn't fix nothing...if anyone got solution to this issue pls let me kno

On PES 2016, surprisingly, I got a penalty once.
On PES 2017, I still didn't got a penalty, but I've seen the AI making fouls inside the area. And players diving. Anyway, I've only played 20 games or so (I got it recently).
