Pes 2010 should have licensed music like the Fifa series, not that generic stuff that the past Pes games have had. It would be great to have a Pes Soundtrack, with Artists/bands like Kasabian, The Gorillaz, The Wombats, Lupe Fiasco, etc.

I'd actually prefer the option to add your own music, to be honest I've hated the FIFA soundtrack the last two years. I'd much rather import my own music and it'd probably save money for Konami as well.

I think a mix is needed. Some real stuff, and some of the tracks that Konami have created would be great for me.

I actually prefer Konami's songs to the real stuff they put in Fifa, (Thats all down to personal preference though) but I would welcome some real music aswell.

Music is actually very high priority for me. I want to be able to choose my own tunes for my 360 like you can on PS3. It's not at all the same if the music can't be imported!!!!!!!

So far, however, I'm liking the music Konami has shown us for 2010, from the trailer and espcially the more recent video showing bits of the trailer and mo-cap session.

I'd agree with this, I find that about 3/4 of the music on Fifa is stuff which I don't particularly like, and the ability to import music is much more important. It was a great edition on PES09 and eliminates the need for Konami to spend large amounts on the music. Having said that, I didn't think the music on PES09 was that bad. I particularly liked 'All about the money' and 'Today Somehow' on PES09 and 'Dream Team' and 'Kick it' on PES08 before that, so as far as I'm concerned the music isn't a particularly big problem.

One suggestion I would make on the music front though is bringing back the PES2 replay music. I don't know why, but I found it really catchy and it was as if your reward for scoring a goal was hearing it.

I would also like to be able to import my own music, because at the end of the day, no matter what you put on there, you're not going to please everyone because everyone has different preferences.

Although saying that, I do like some of the "generic stuff" on PES 2009.

I definately liked some of Konami's old generic music such as that you found in PES3 or 4 and some of the songs that are exclusive to the game like go for the goal in PES2008.... loved that song. I think that being able to choose the songs you want in game would be good. Importing your own library and mixing this with more actual artists songs... put it all into one big juke box and maybe some special football songs as well. Perhaps 3 lions by the lightening seeds as an example.

I'd love to see that, but I think club and country theme songs would be very expensive to get. I'd love to have 3 Lions, Vindaloo, Marching On Together, Forza Juve, World In Motion, Azzurro, etc. on the soundtrack but I think the money they'd spend on those songs could be better spent in other areas.

Agreed. That music is what I mentioned in my post and bringing it back would do a huge amount of good, not just to PES, but to the whole world.
